This is what people need to realize. The vast majority of what people describe as "anxiety" is just absolutely normal characteristics everyone has or originally had. The only reason it is a handicap for you is because instead facing your discomfort situations until they become comfortable situations you decide to not face them at all.... You are normal and your discomforts are completely natural and normal.
