You really tried dint know they add achi for thickening no wonder mine hardly stays though it's ok.i use okazi and little spinach because am in France and can hardly get some tings but there's always okazi fresh ones .please I have never used achi to cook hope it doesn't disturb the tummy .I hope you respond

I bought my like that, but I had that soaking and washing it with salt and vinegar will also give you the same result
