Thank you Peter Mackintosh for such a beautiful tune. My favorite Wailers song growing up....
I have three of his albums of which are priceless now. I kept the album cover and record in perfect shape.. I was in college in the 70's when Bob Marley hit the scene. So glad I kept all my albums in shape. I am 68 years old and my grandsons want those albums as a treasure. Had no idea of his genius musical mind until he was on his way out. I remember him opening for the Commodores at Madison Square Garden and upstaged them. lol
absolutely timeless. such a shame most people think bob marley and peter tosh are only music to smoke with. political and spiritual messages at their peak. voice of the poor, the powerless and the misunderstood. yet so much positive energy to uplift.

Peter offered, at least on this album some creative leadership in collaboration with Bob. If the two of them have been able to learn to continue their collaboration artistically, I believe we would’ve been rewarded with many great records that simply never did get made
no way only because bob was light skin ,others in the wailers were better singers, peter was the one that taught bob how the to play the guitar junior Braithwaite was one of the early vocalist when they were called the teenagers and the rude boys
Tosh taught Bob how to play guitar edit( oh yea homie right above me mentioned this but Yea no one respect peter enough he was a true legend not to take away for Bob or what he did but Bob get all the praise and no love or respect for tosh that's the only thing I don't like about the wailers it's basically only considered Bob marley but the whole band was so great and they all contributed oh so much and no one talks about em
@@saiyanfive If Bob's skin had been of the darkest black, he would still have been the most talented and prolific composer and lyricist of the three Wailers. The whole idea that it's a colour thing is just so ridiculous. And technically, as a vocalist, there's no doubt that Bunny was the best singer of the trio - but unfortunately he never managed to keep up the artistic standards after his amazing solo debut, Blackheart Man, a true masterpiece!
