    One positive point about this video is it is not a scripted one. Seems to be shooted with instant interaction by both the participants. But, for clarity in the concept they should have done some preperation.

      This is not scripted one. As we discussed, personal finance is totally personal. We spend one to 3 hours to discuss what is better. There is no BEST in financial planning. We have to choose what is better for us based on our present physical, financial, social, family and psychological conditions.

    Apartment vs individual house cost componets:
    1. Land
    2. Material
    For house ratio is about 2:1, for apartment ratio is 1:2. Growth on land is 20%, on material it is 5%. Hence net returns is high in house.
    Initial affordability and experience play lot of importance while buying.

    Point to be noted - 90% people wont opt for 20 year old apartment, sellers have to sell at 20 to 30% discount for sale compared to new apartments

      ​@@khayumsk3292 apartment life is max 25 to 30 yrs based on construction, why would one pay such a hefty amount when you know the building looses on its life time, for ex- i stay in nizampet 12 yrs old apartment, in 2012 the cost is 22 lakhs, now the resale value is 38 lakhs, where as the new apartment cost is 70 lakhs approx

    కానీ RP sir apartment విషయంలో ఒక మిస్టేక్ వుంది. ఒక ఇండిపెండెంట్ హౌస్ స్థలంలో గ్రౌండ్ ఫ్లోర్ ఫస్ట్ ఫ్లోర్ సెకండ్ ఫ్లోర్ వేయవచ్చు.. అంటే మూడు ఇల్లు. అందులో రెండు కేవలం కన్స్ట్రక్షన్ కాస్ట్ మాత్రమే. అంటే మూడు ఇండ్లు వస్తాయి... అదే ఇన్వెస్ట్మెంట్ తో రెండు ఫ్లాట్లు కొనగల రా??
