@@khayumsk3292 apartment life is max 25 to 30 yrs based on construction, why would one pay such a hefty amount when you know the building looses on its life time, for ex- i stay in nizampet 12 yrs old apartment, in 2012 the cost is 22 lakhs, now the resale value is 38 lakhs, where as the new apartment cost is 70 lakhs approx
