My parents had an 86 Comanche 4x4 with the 2.5 4 banger 5 speed manual. Silver with black in the middle. Beautiful truck. I drove it in college for a while. It was in mint condition until some jackass backed into the bedside when my dad was driving it. They are near impossible to find now that aren't rusted apart or beat to hell.
What made that jeep roll was the fact that it has leaf springs out the back. Cuz literally the blazer did the same exact thing at the end but the blazer has a great 4 link with killer shocks. Leafs in the rear is what killed that jeep.
Please do not call a K5 Blazer a trailblazer, as those crap shows didn't even come into existence until well over a decade after the true blazers stopped being manufactured.
So sad when venture capital ruins a brand, or a legacy in this case. It’s crazy that this is such a common trend too. When are brands going to realize that “partnering” with a venture capital firm is company suicide. Zach’s recent video hit the nail on the head. You should watch it.

My big question is, when you hit a big jump, do you hold on to the wheel or let go? Do you give yourself a bit more of a chance of keeping it straight and snapping every bone in your wrists, or do you let go and run more a risk of totaling your car?
Really not surprised that Gladiator took a beating. The best things people can say about the 3.6 pentastar is that it's reliable and its got a nice linear acceleration curve for crawling. Even supercharged, that's just not an engine built for racing.
