Sambar Backpack Hunt July 2022

5 days backpacking in the Victorian high country in search of mature Sambar stags. With blairy taking a nice stag on the first day, and spotting a few other stags we knew that this trip would turn out alright.
There’s nothing better then the Victorian high country and 5 days backpacking to soak it all in.

Na I don’t think it was. I reckon looking back at the footage he was a bit bigger then I first thought.
I’d also never shoot one under light like that . Even though it would of made the cut up easy 😂
