Just picked up my Scorpion 3+ today...found this video, was impressed and subscribed. Manual wasn't near as good as this video.

As far as the bolt comparisons ... 9mm Blowback vs AR15 Gas System is like comparing Apples to Oranges. Yes, they're both fruits, but it stops there.
On the AR15 BCG weight, you should've added the Buffer Tube, the Buffer, & the Buffer Spring.
Why? ... because they ADD to the weight of the gas operating system. You can't run an AR Gas System without all of those missing components.
I doubt by adding those parts to the AR BCG that it would add up to 1 lbs 6+ oz., but I think you see what I'm getting at.
All in all ..... SUPER VIDEO and I subscribed!

in a *_SINGLE_* video you somehow covered *_all_* of the items about the CZ Scorpion 3+ I wondered about (can't recall whether anyone in any other CZ Scorpion 3+ video had mentioned that you could run *_dual_* charging handles). . . had to go through a handful of other videos to get all my questions answered . . . very thorough presentation . . . really, Really, *_REALLY_* high video production value . . . and ya even *_correctly_* pronounce ambidextrous as a 4-syllable word and not a 5-syllable word (it's *_NOT_* am-bi-dex-TRI-ous; it's am-bi-DEX-trous . . . fuckin' *_HATE_* that in a firearm video when that word gets messed up) . . . next, I just gotta ask: the 2nd transition after the title, when the screen closes to black and then immediately opens to the next shot; was that *_deliberately_* timed to match that *_hard_* bass drum downbeat after the pause in the music? quality stuff accident or not . . . this is the video quality benchmark that folks should try to match . . . lastly . . . who else thinks he sounds like a younger Brad Pitt? . . . go watch Meet Joe Black, Fight Club or Spy Games and see if you hear what I hear . . . vocabulary, pronunciation, cadence and intonation are gonna always remind me of a younger Brad Pitt . . . for good or bad, just can't help it

The only thing that I don't like about my new Scorpion carbine is that on mine the folding stock has a slight wobble. Not sure how to fix that.
Great video.... i have narrow my 9mm pcc tp three. Whats the better choice...CZ Scorpion 3+ carbine, S&W Responce, or the S&W FPC( folding)

Cz customer service has been nonexistent since they purchased colt I noticed. I order a few parts from the cz usa website a few months ago, you will get a email confirming the order but nothing will ship. I emailed them and no response. Don’t know what their customer service is today cause I gave up.

Is the Scorpion 3+ rated for +P 9 mm? This is one of the details I rarely hear anyone address in a 9 mm pistol/rifle review.
I just looked up your question in the Instruction Manual for the Carbine 3+ and it says "+P ammunition is not permitted or warrantied for use in CZ firearms."

I have shot the previous generation model, and there's almost no recoil.
Can't decide between this or a Ruger PC Carbine. 🤔
Ruger is a heavy beast at over 7lbs without attachments depending on the model. I had the full floating rail with the magpul adjustable stock.
do they make 40 round magazines for the 3+ yet?

Yes but then it wouldn't be the carbine variant.
Great video How do I clean magazine springs ?A friend sold me a magazine but the spring is rusted it still feeds well just wanted to know if I could clean it before ordering another magazine spring.
Definitely shouldn’t be rusting. And you really shouldn’t have to clean them. I would go ahead and order the spring
