He spoke on fasting.. how he was weak one time he and teenagers in his church were to do 3 days fasting and coz he hadn't eaten prior to the fast on the very first day of the fast around 11am he was already hungry and thinking of calling it off.... He was waiting, battling and that was when he received the sound: I RENEW MY STRENGTH AS I WAIT UPON THE LORD, I RENEW MY STRENGTH OOO. and he experienced the power of sounds then... He was strengthened and was able to carry the fast till the last day. Praise God 🎉❤🙏✝️🛐
