    Man, hearing this story just made me think "What kind of irresponsible, unstable, clueless mother is this?" Damn. Group home? This is your son; you don't have to be Jeff Bezos, you just need to be able to make your kid feel safe, wanted, loved, and provide them with the tools to be better than you. To succeed you. Some parents smh.

I feel like no other team besides the Saints have utilized him in the ways he should’ve been used. In Seattle they made him a run blocker and barely called plays for him which wasn’t his game. In Green Bay the coaching system was so outdated and again they mostly made him a block first TE

    I very briefly met jimmy graham at New Orleans Saints training camp back in 2011 before he had his breakout season. My dad told me this guy is going to be amazing with Brees throwing to him. I got a picture with him too. In 2012 I did a report describing his personal life, his upbringing, and the adversity he had to face growing up for my English class, and got an A. I was really upset when the saints traded him... shoot I’m STILL upset about it...

    This is such a powerful story. Thank you so much for opening my eyes. I never really thought about Jimmy Graham in this aspect. I know for a fact what he went through how to be way harder than anything I've been through. My mother died when I was 11. Most people feel bad for me. Honestly I tell them that I am able to cope because I know there are far more extreme cases where my situation could have been worse. My mother did not abandon me nor abused me which is way worse than dealing with nature. I give major props to Jimmy Graham. I still can't believe he went through all of that. the man got a double major and graduated also from the University of Miami which is a tough School. dude I wish I knew about this story when I was young and depressed about my mom so I could grow out of it and become something great. If Graham was able to stay with Brees on the Saints and stayed healthy would of put up some big numbers. Also I didn't know he had such a rough upbringing. Glad he made it and defied all odds of him making it to the NFL. Another 🔥 video *FlemLo Raps!* Respect and props how thorough and well done all your vids are.

    This is my first time hearing Jimmy Graham’s backstory. His Birth Mother sounds like a piece of work. I’m glad his adoptive mother came in his life and changed it around. I’m pretty sure she’s reaping the benefits of being just a kind hearted individual. To think....given his years of abuse and neglect, this could have easily been a tragic story.

    Dude has had a quiet, but extremely productive road to Canton where he'll be a Hall Of Famer one day..... Congratulations on beating the odds.

    His story never got the recognition it deserved!!this young mans strength n courage to never give up is a true inspiration.what he has accomplishes is ASTOUNDING considering his upbringing.Sadly the NFL is full of stories of young men surpassing insurmountable odds growing up.this mental strength is what makes them great!!!in his prime with the Saints he was UNSTOPPABLE!!!

      @Sho Tohara and nobody will ever catch me dissing wilson, cause I know talent, but Drew Brees means the world to New Orleans fans...

    • @valeriefolse9452
      @valeriefolse9452 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Rowdy Jr. shows you didn't see or hear him say that for your damn self. Cause that's not what he said, not by a country mile. And thats the problem with all this, too many people hear shut second hand. New Orleans better not turn on Drew Brees because some idiot put words in his mouth. That city owes the Brees family more than they will ever know.

    Jimmy’s story hits me hard. I feel his pain as a child, and his success as an adult. No matter what we gotta keep pushing. I could use a list of excuses every day to be a alcoholic, drug attack, abusive piece of work but I don’t. You gotta be better.

    Dude flemlo, I love ur videos man, I know not all of them end in a positive way cause ur telling complex human stories about humans who make mistakes, and honestly I didn't know alot about Jimmy graham before I watched this and thought that's where we were headed, but man this is an amazing uplifting story, that really should be on the big screen, hell this could have been blindside, great story, great video and man Jimmy graham sounds like a great dude, who just needed a break or a chance in life and he got one. So anyone out there in a position to give someone a chance in life, step up man, we need more bernie Kosar, Jimmy graham's and flemlos in this world.
