2 ult moves for zoro, assuming some enel work yet to be released, luffy and sanji both got 2 moves entirely changed, and all of gojo. Thats a lot of work for 4 months and you can get Gojo for free easily.

Off topic, but It would've been cooler if all battlegrounds games had like, private server characters that are NOT Gojo.
Like, SBG having idk, Sea King or Blast. Heros BG having Shigaraki. But adding Gojo to a one piece game, and for the PUBLIC is just a scummy move.
Then again, they lost passion for the game, so it is what it is ig.
It would also be cool to have other characters that aren't from anime and from other places.
Strongest battlegrounds isn't even comparable to other battlegrounds games . Flowers can make every mechanic that are in other battleground games and still be better and feel like a remaster . So I would take anything to be honest we need characters
@@Solar_Eyes nah heroes battlegrounds is also really good, some of the moves are insane, for example todoroki's final ult move. The cutscene is insanely good and it has a finisher that COMPLETELY REVAMPS the WHOLE cutscene.

As someone who anticipated this game, grinded to the top for leaderboard, and waited so long for this update: I agree.
I am extremely disappointed with some aspects and how glitchy the game has become since gojo's release. Yes, the map is great. The certain move reworks are very nice as well. I like that the took the time to rework a lot of stale moves.
(apologies for certain zoro reworks, I showed a dev an op blender combo before this update was even discussed.)
Overall, it's become kind of bland and I'm deeply saddened by it and wish they stuck to their theme, as it was unique.

There was also a glitch going around about how you only needed to win 3 ranked matches to get Gojo. They also claimed Seas Battlegrounds was a "variety anime game" which is literally the biggest cap ever.

i found the game not too long ago, i was surprised by the amount of detail and care they added to the moves, sound design, and even ults like c'mon, Luffy's Bajrang Gun is just amazing but seeing gojo kinda pointed me to the direction of which you mentioned and, well it brought a tear to my eye.

The strongest battlegrounds is handling this better bc they are making an admin move set which is now set to be a vip server+ and is still working on its early access WHILE still working at the same speed which is a good thing

I feel like a problem with these kinds of things is that focusing entirely on one genre or series can be very taxing and boring for the developers.

Im gonna share a different opinion, because im getting flamed in replies. I don't think this was a bad update, at all. The main issue is making gojo paid access. (kind of) However, even he wasnt able to be obtained with free methods, its not like hes p2w, hes just as good as any other character in the game.
Though, you can get him for free, and its quite easy. The hardest part is winning 3 ranked games in a row which is easy, and the others will just take a couple hours.
For people saying that 4 months for a few gojo moves just to make some money, you're just blatantly wrong. We got a zoro ultimate cutscene rework, and new cutscene move, sanji damn near got his whole base changed, 2 luffy rework skills, changed how bajrang worked, and I assume some Enel work was done that is just not finished yet.
For the issue of it being available in a public server, its not that big of a deal. Yes, its weird to be able to use gojo like its a one piece char in a one piece game, but your not getting any advantage. The character is actually a little below average, dealing no damage and having 1 combo extender. Just because something is unorthodox, doesn't mean it can't work even if it feels unnatural
Okay, go ahead, say how wrong I am or just ignore this entirely, I just had to get this out because Fade typically has great takes, but hating on this update just because they have gojo feels more scummy then putting him in the game in the first place.

im so fucking disappointed with this update for a few reasons
1. Gojo is a public server character. at most he should be a private server character
2. Enel barely got any new stuff. just 1 move. he should have at least gotten 1 ult move
3. the update was so hyped up and took so long to release. but it was small
Idc about Gojo being in the game, the main problem is that for 3 months of development the update has more bugs than additions to it. They totally ruined the combat system trying to fix it and the rankeds mode is so bugged it almost seems they didn't even bother to play test it
Okay first few problems, gojo (as I can recall) has never done black flashes like that. Second, his Infinite Void is USELESS. It's supposed to immobilize everyone inside, except for him. Third, the windups are CRAZY. Also, the MAX techniques suck, almost useless aswell. You're better off just using base moveset.

They’re switching to more active developers and have confirmed that after this switch, no more characters like this recent gojo will be added and we will switch back to the one piece theme.
