I would like this mod so much more if you have to do individual quest missions to obtain the service of each follower and reform the Hidden Blades thus making the main quest longer...

Meat derives from the Olde English mete, which simply means 'the main focus of a meal'. You can refer to the edible portions of fruits and nuts as meats, and likewise meat replacers like tofu, tempeh, and seitan.
I like that I can get these guys as summons. Which helped me out with the Arcanum bosses, which are even more OP. I heard Final Cataclysm has hard bosses. Hopefully, it's harder than Grand Paladin, which is made by the same author, although it was short fun.
I have them all installed at the same time and I'm not experiencing issues Rarely, some mods don't work with mods I've used in previous videos. But especially if the mods are within the same video, I do my best to not have compatibility issues and if I do, I point them out.

Don’t know if you’ve covered them but darkened and vigilant are excellent souls inspired mods.
I haven't covered them, but I have them on my list of mods to try! :D

sooo question is there a questline for the bosses or do i need to go specifically to each location?
No quest in your log
But 3 bosses are in the same dungeon which feels like a connected quest line (similar to the boss rush at the end of Elden Ring)

How do you start the quest?
It's not a quest, you can find the bosses spawn naturally in their respective locations
