Jayden doesn't actually have crazy cards, but they can't be played with Master Duel. His deck easily beats Yusei's if he actually brought the anime cards. It seems like you were watching GX while you were asleep.
@@NATSUKI_SUBARU92 I was nice and wide awake when watching GX, thank you very much. The problem with Jaden is that while he does have good anime cards, his deck is horribly balanced. A good chunk of his cards only apply to specific monsters (Bubble Blaster, Spark Blaster, etc), and others only apply to either Elemental Heroes, Neo Spacians or Neos. The problem with Jaden's deck is that its an unbalanced amalgamation of two different archetypes, with monster specific cards thrown in. Meanwhile Yusei not only has busted anime cards of his own, but his deck is a lot more balanced throughout with more cards that synergize with one another. An anime accurate Yusei deck can lead to good plays with the right hand. An anime accurate Jaden deck is praying you don't brick.

I LOVE ANIME STYLE DUELS! It's so much fun to pretend to be the characters while dueling! I actually make 3D Animations of Yu-Gi-Oh Duels on my Channel and I just finished the finale to Yugi vs Kaiba where they use more modern cards! It was a lot of work but Yu-Gi-Oh is important to me as it was my first manga ever! I also have teh same birthday as Yugi himself!
You can't have anime accurate Jaden Deck, even if you use anime effects I think it's unfair to use Jaden's deck (Season 1), for multiple reasons (well... his decks in other seasons also have similar issues. but lets only talk about season 1 for now) his deck NEEDED plot armor to function - Each of his card DID NOT have good synergy, most of them only work in very specific situations, and/or with another specific card His actual anime decks NEEDED anime effects Some of his cards only work with anime rules Cards that were different in anime/anime only card 1. "Mirror Gate" did not return the controls. it was basically "Creature Swap" as a trap 2. "Dark Catapulter" was his only means to destroy back row, and he needs to be able to Normal Summon it in Face UP defense position - which doesn't work irl 3. Bubble Man was just a "Pot of Greed" that costs normal summon in the anime, it didn't require you to have empty hand 4. "Skyscraper" works even if your Heroes get attacked ("Sabatial - The Philosopher's Stone" shouldn't be included i guess, he only had it for 1 duel) Forbidden Cards that he used 1. "Mirage of Nightmare" which had specific use that Jaden MUST also has "Emergency Provision" set 2. "Pot of Greed" obviously He only had 1 of each Hero in his deck. you need his luck to draw specific heroes and "Polymerization" for specific situation as well Cards that required Plot Armor to work 1. "Transcendent Wings" + "Winged Kuriboh"/"The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh". And Jaden never draw the LV10, cuz that's just a brick. and he never bricked. 2. "Elemental Hero Avian" + "Feather Shot" 3. "Elemental Hero Clayman" + "Clay Charge" 4. ""Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Spark Blaster" 5. "Elemental Hero Necroshade" (in the graveyard) + "Elemental Hero Bladedge" 6. "Polymerization" + Elemental Heroes that work exactly for the situation you're in
Jaden actually had a half decent deck in the anime, but Yusei was probably the best duelist in the entire verse for making cards no one would consider playing in his time period meta.
Na, Playmaker is the best duelist since he never lost to a human and only ever lost in flashback. Yusei used underrated cards that had good effects to bring out powerful monsters. I'd rank him second in the verse.

Ngl bruh I received my Holiday box yesterday and maaaan I was extremely disappointed… i love the Play-mat bro… but other than that it literally had no cards inside just one pack of Sleeve, one mystery card pack, one Die and one sticker. I didn’t get any extra cards or anything, it felt like a glorified Walmart Mystery box…😢
I actually disagree that Jadens deck just gets worse. Grand mole is sick and S4 Jaden deck just turbos Neos and has cards like honest, neos force to make him lethal. Everyone goes for s1 Jaden deck. S3 Rainbow Neos. There are some good cards
Maybe run this back with full power HEROs and full power stardust next month when the new Synchron and quasar come out. One player basically doing nothing the whole video because a deck is so unplayable is not it
As I said before, Jayden has crazy cards and has a general description, but unfortunately, such cards cannot be played with Duel Master and MPT, he is very bad at building a deck. Jayden did not improve the deck building.
@@NATSUKI_SUBARU92 Jaden's anime deck is ass, like genuine ass. He ran 4 vanillas with 1600 atk or far less, 3 effect monsters with equal or less attack than Sparkman, and Bladeedge. Then he adds Neo Spacians which are just a far worse archetype. Good thing he always gets Neos Space of some kind. All they needed to do to make that deck decent and consistent was give him access to his manga cards like the Heats and Woodsman instead of all the vanilla specific spell cards. Because in the anime, if Jaden doesn't draw into the most specific combo (which he does) he's gonna lose. Even Crowler's deck is more consistent. As is Zane's and Alexis'. Jaden tends to win because he has plot armor and enough fusions to accommodate for most people's boss cards, but he'd realistically almost never draw into the combos he does.

Yusei doesn't have Black Rose Dragon, but Aki has Stardust.
Yusei actually has BRD but only during the final duel against Z-One (he actually runs all the Signer Dragons during that duel)
