For me, there was always a glitch where Twitchy Ned was on the deck of the ship so I could see him before I even got to the top, which always made me laugh. Also, I never had the greatest memory, so the Vinegar Talk with Black Spot Pete always made me nervous. I screwed it up so many god damn times on my first playthrough.
I really loved the name calling part in this episode. The whale fart one is my favorite! But I believe that the name calling part in this mission kind of reminds me of that Sailor Mouth episode of Spongebob SquarePants where Spongebob and Patrick were using the bad language they discovered on the Dumpster, and they were swearing up a storm in the restaurant. I have no idea what all of these pirate names mean though, but that seems like the kind of language kids should not be using by the time they reach old age on a seafaring journey. It kind of makes sense, doesn't it?
I think the logic behind allowing the Panda King to join the group is that Sly does't intend for the two of them to be life long buddies moving forward or for them to even be on friendly terms. He needs the Panda king's skills for the purposes of the Cooper vault job and that's it. He's putting the past behind him for the sake of the future and all that jazz.

I hope if Elliot edits in a cutaway in this chapter he uses clips from the family guy episode where he's a pirate, like the way he laughs to his men or the car naval battle 😂
this is sort of one of my favorite chapters, if only because once you get a pirate ship you can REALLY start grinding money like no tomorrow. It's by far the best way to get enough money to buy everything.

One note Elliot should have notice is that they nerfed the fat guards in sly 3 by removing their ability to call more guards when they spot the gang back in Sly 2.

Oh, christ. Elliot's first year of the Mario Party drinking game? Remember, Elliot! Drink. Water. *Alot!* No matter how shit-faced you get, as long as you have enough liquid in your body, you'll go scott-free from a hangover. I've gotten completely cronked more times than I can count, but in all this time, I've only gotten a conventional "hangover" once. Also, eat well before you do it. Even if you avert the extreme headache, you might still gonna feel a bit loopy the day after and it can be very easy to start throwing up if you didn't stuff your face properly before the drinking started. To my experience, only starting the eating after the fact won't help. You essentually need to have already-digested food by the time you're drunk if you wanna alleviate the sickly feeling in the morning.
Ok for the Ned Chase, I questioned Elliot actually playing this game before. You cannot beat him up for the hat, he does not loop, you just have to get to him at the boats at the very end. I feel that if Elliot did a better job of playing and explaining the story, Johnny and Matt could enjoy the game as much as a lot of the fans of the Sly Cooper Series

That dog is glitched up in the HD port. I don't remember it falling to sleep like that in the Ps2 version. One time I swear, I was sneaking up to that dog and not only did he spot me despite not touching him or making a single sound, when he began attacking he was using a single sword swing in a loop and he wasn't even aiming at me. I stepped out of the way and he was still swinging in the direction I previously was. I tried attacking him and he was invincible. Then he fell asleep and fell off the ceiling. Those dogs are fucked up.

Gmaniac01 I only advise you on a few things. If your gonna attempt to 100% this game, it's impossible to do this blindly for many reasons. If your playing the HD, I never messed with the new "mechanic" they put in cause I never saw the point in using it.

Gmaniac01 I only advise you on a few things. If your gonna attempt to 100% this game, it's impossible to do this blindly for many reasons. If your playing the HD, I never messed with the new "mechanic" they put in cause I never saw the point in using it.
Gmaniac01 Believe me. Once you see a Walkthrough of FFX-2 in order to 100%, you'll be surprised on how many you missed on.
One Piece is WAY better than a stereotypical pirate romp, it has NEVER even been one....that's just my instinctive reaction to what I think was Matt making a One Piece joke.
Also I think Disney owes sly cooper some money
Okay he did not do it but if you wear the disguise and press it again at just the right time you can do the game but with original sly with his pirate voice which i find funny
