If it doest work on bedrock or java read this: Dont worry, if your on bedrock or java ive got the perfect solution for you, i tested this and luckily if you leave a 4 block space above the top of the swapper and then a block on top of that space, it will work. This has been tested as of 1.21, i dont know why the armour stands need to hit a block 4 blocks above it but it works, so thats it

So above the armor swapper leave a space above it about 4 blocks, then add a full block. That should fix this issue as it perfectly times the swapper

Make sure to use a stone button, wood buttons have a longer pulse and the trap door will stay open to long

A stone button is quite important for timing a wood button is no good

It's because you're not using a stone button, I know it sounds weird, but different buttons actually have different tick pulses.

caution with blocks around the slime block , they can stuck teh block and the piston dont have power to elevate the slime block

We got it baby!! I was having trouble with sticky piston not activating, then after about 30 mins of trial n error, I realized all I needed to do was remove the blocks that were surrounding it. Lessgoo thanks!

It's working on bedrock edition bit you should use stone button. Don't use any wood button

Idk if it’s just me, but some issues i’ve run into are:
-Using the wrong button, make sure it’s a stone button, as it has a shorter pulse then a wood button
-Putting the armor stands at an angle can cause the armor stand to hit the block and it won’t go up the full distance. It’s not a guarantied issue, as it was working for a bit before i discovered this issue, but if you’re worried about it, make sure the armor stands are facing towards the flat of a block and not a corner just incase.
-Spamming the button will cause the trapdoors to reopen to soon, causing it to fail.
-When building, make sure the only blocks that run up agents the slime block arn’t moveable, or just clear out any unnecessary blocks, this prevents it from sticking and getting jammed.
OC these where all found in my own experience, so feel free to keep experimenting. This is a really fun thing to add to a base or as a surprise for a friend

The reason could be because of the type of button you are using, any button other than stone will not work as stone button have the shortest pulse/push down time of all the buttons. If that isn't why then I'm afraid I can't help

You have to use something like a furnace or glazed terracotta so it won’t stick

My armor is in a certain position everytime it comes up and I cant change it, it just changes back. Is there a reason for this

I had that issue if I placed the stands on the slime block. But if I placed them on the top trapdoor. It would work. Just had to place them one at a time

This feature was added back when they added the target block. I can’t remember the exact update in Java. In bedrock this is not a thing
