I think you're doing a great job that needs to be done a.s.a.p. We need to change these kids minds and hearts away from violence. If their parents and their communities have failed them, it's our job to come to their rescue. You are a heroes.
Will there be hope really for a pacific world where straight people and LGBT people live harmoniously between one another? Maybe, but that won't be easy, mainly because the world around distorts gay people's mind and clearness about their feelings, it's just as difficult for the other LGBT people. Even so, I'm sure Lance's return in that school made a great good to all those students. Lance, you know how difficult life is for these kids, you were really kind helping them in this beautiful way, talking to them and hearing them. Thank you, Lance!
The more I get to know this man, through videos like this, the more I admire him, the more I regret there are no men like him in my country. I'm convinced that it's impossible to stay homophobic after listening to his inspiring speeches. And, as a personal note, could you believe he was about 36 y.o. in this video??? he looks like he's 20 or so :D
This is a great video. However, I had to stop and really stare at my screen for a moment because the young man at 5:01 looks exactly like Napoleon Dynamite.
We need more people like Lance. So articulate and such a giving person. It was a wonderful treat to meet him!
Wow he lived in Salinas. I’ve been living here since 1962. Awesome Dustin for telling the students it’s a place to be. Welcome home.
Lance is so very well.spoken. Hes so sincere in his message with a playful side. Lance is basically aging in reverse!
Class act and total sweetheart.
