How to fit a HuMa regulator to an Export/FAC BSA R-10 XTX

This is how to fit a HuMa R-10 regulator to a BSA R-10 export or FAC model. The sub 12ftlbs models have anti-tamper so they are a bit more complicated but the are other videos on my channel that show how to remove these.
