Electrical automation covers utility automation as well like relay(Substation) automation, meters and related analytics application such as SAS, Disturbance record analysis etc
But in vedio I only see sensors related Automation which basically on modbus or 4-20 ma and few DI/DO
So its part of electrical Automation which we generally calls industrial automation in my view
