This is the true value and benefit of TH-cam! Not the air head influencers whose content is aimed at half wits and the brain dead! I have learned so much from these folks and saved lots of money by having the confidence to maintain my equipment myself! Kudos.
Michelle Dawn Mooney Did a great interview job it was so awesome watching the three of you being interviewed together the only one missing was "Bruce Pender" from Canada the four of you have been a true blessing to me you all have taught me so much I am thankful for TH-cam 👍 And thank you so much Michelle Mooney keep up the great work hope to see more interviews. Your friend. Nick.
I’m glad these guys are on TH-cam. I’ve learned a lot from each of them. If I’m stuck on something, I’m sure one of them has done a video on it. Keep it up guys. 🔧👍🍺🇬🇧
This is awesome. Will have to actually watch the video tonight. DonyBoy73 is the first TH-camr I ever watched when looking up "how-to's" on some crazy issue I was having. And Steve, I don't think I've missed one of your videos in at least a year. Same thing, have picked up some good tips on small engines, and the entertainment factor makes your videos fun to watch. Then there is Chikanic. I just discovered her channel recently and love it too. I wish you all well and thank you for your content.
The host was the "glue" that made this podcast run so smoothly that the 32 minutes or so felt like only about 10 minutes. She seemed very professional and upbeat and helped the entire flow of the video by being a good listener, not talking too much and not interrupting in an annoying way like so many other hosts can.
I love the fact that you all approach these videos from different places. You all are as great as you are different. No cookie cutters here. Don't stop doing it your way!
Michele Dawn Mooney, you did a great job hosting. I wasn't planning to watch 32 minutes 😅 of a video. I have things to do! 😂 Good video, Steve. Kudos on sharing the glory with April. You're a good person. 👍🏼
When I do small engine repair searches, Donyboy73's TH-cam videos would keep popping up. I would never see Steve's Small Engine Saloon or Chickanic videos show up. But, after watching this interview, I subscribed to Steve's Small Engine Saloon and Chickanic. They are both down to earth and practical like Donyboy73.
Steve, that was absolutely awesome! The host did a great and professional job of keeping you all in line! I had no idea that you did not actually have a working shop like the others! Dony was the very first small engine Mechanic I followed on You tube. I have also seen a few of Chickanic's videos as well. Looking forward to Part 2
Very very good video. Thank you all and I've got a whole new respect for Dony with all he is doing. Amazing man! And for April. I never knew how much input she had in making the videos. Also for Chickanic for hanging tough through all the hard times. Just good solid people all around!
Steve, I have PERSONALLY done business with Chickanic (Bre) and she is wonderful to do that with. I have PERSONALLY seen many of your vids as well. I hope that ALL of you folks succeed extremely well!😊
These guys are true treasures for us struggling to fix our “stuff” with limited resources. Total respect to them and their efforts. Thanks for all your help!
Yeah, this was great having the three of you in one video discussion! Three cheers for April, but also to you, Steve, for publicly giving her the credit due! Looking forward to the next installment!
I think what you all have in common is that you're warm, caring people. It comes across in all of your videos, which is why you're successful. Between the three of you I've learned enough to dispense with the repair shop entirely, though my new Stihl forestry saw looks like I can only perform a basic service, thanks to 'progress'. My forty year-old Stihl 024 still has great (but unmeasured) compression and thanks to you, a new carb.
Wow, that was awesome! I'm not familiar with Dony at all, but I've been a fan of both you and Chickanic for years, so it was awesome seeing you guys together in the same interview like that! It was all very educational and entertaining, and I look forward to the next part. Also, props to you for all the love and respect you gave to April for her contributions to the channel, website and brand. You guys are a great team! 🤟

Nice job Steve, This,. 'Steve's Small Engine Saloon''. Is 60% April in fact probably a lot more than that. Hey Steve, Hat's off to you. It takes both of you to make it happen.and we don't tune in to watch April show us how to bake a cake, we watch to get experience information on how to fix our small engines so we can save money by fixing our own equipment. Thank you
That was awesome! I've been a subscriber to all their channels for a long time. They've all saved me a lot of money by fixing my equipment myself. Looking forward to part 2.
Kudos to Steve for giving so much credit to April. I think it's great that they have that kind of joint effort to produce the content that they do and work together so well.
This was a great video segment Steve, I watched the second one before this one, but yeah should do this more often it falls your way. Incredible that I have been subbing for almost 5 years, and it's great to see this channel get it's props.
Super informative video!!!!! Donny, Steve & Bre it’s AWESOME to hear your stories, your time and inspiration on becoming TH-cam GIANTS. Very interesting and love seeing my Fav’s collaborate!!!!!
Nice work! April must be happy! So Donyboy has 3K, you have 9K, and Chickcanic has 25K, same video as a TH-camr I am still trying my best to figure out the algorithm.
I love all three of these people. my favorite youtube channels . I never miss a video . I have learned so very much from these three experts . their channels are extreamly informative, but also very entertaining . all three are good people and I trust their advice . thank you all for making this video ,it was extreamy informative and helped me get to know my favorite youtube stars even better, love you all !!!
Great video!! Love hearing how you all got started making these great videos.Steve and Bre, I've been watching your channels for over a year and now I'll be checking out Dony's also!!!
This was a great interview guys! I can really get behind what Donnie said about putting in the extra time to do the video editing to up the production value. That's a big sacrifice especially in the beginning when you do not have monetizing or have very little monetizing. To Bre's point you have to generate a ton of content in the general category so that people will be attracted to your channel in order to boost your monetization revenue. All great information for those looking to start out and are smaller, really enjoyed today's video guys!
I already sub to Steve and Bre and can't wait to listen to Donny Boy as well. Great show everyone and good to see you all in one place. Cheers from Australia 🍻
Been watching all of you guys and girls for a while I started working on small engines after my. 15 year old craftsman with a Tecumseh engine Lawnmower started knocking. It got me interested on fixing things. I found some other channels @Hanks Garage @Taryl Fixes All @Bruce Pender Among some others Eventually I developed my own channel and fixing and reselling mowers as a hobby. My goal was to put stuff out there. To help ppl to keep the mowers out of the landfill and learn hands on mechanics skills
Everyone puts out such informative videos. You are all great and have given me the knowledge and confidence to try to fix my own equipment. I have no previous mechanical training but I figure what's the worst than can happen..it's already broke. Thank you very much.
I did like that video. 3 of my favorites. Dony has always been so good to watch, so helpful and straight to the point, no mucking around, kind of serious, but great if you want to learn. Steve is kind of funny and drinks beer and that makes me laugh but I've also learnt heaps from him. And Bri is pretty good too, but I haven't watched quite as much from her. But i did learn some amazing tips from her about weed eater string and by golly it has helped a lot.
a lot of thanks to this people ,influencers I don't know , but TEACHERS oh YEAH !! and I like a very good teacher than a BS "influencer" So this Uruguayan is very grateful for all your sharing knowledge

These are the only 3 that I watch and subscribe to for small engine repair videos on TH-cam.

That's awesome, Dony & Steve started their YT channels out of hobby, here I am after 3 years working a small engine hobby watching their YT channels.
That was fun to watch, good show Steve! I spent the first few months joking around and saying "I just want to make ONE dollar, just one!!!" 🤣

GREAT SHOW, Love your videos. Qudos to April, but give yourself credit too, man, your personality and the way you present makes it work. Just like my machines work after learning the little niggles of small engines from you. I have worked on Cars mostly as a hobby for decades, even got City and Guilds in light vehicle mechanics back in the 70's,
No problem tuning 4 stromberges by ear. But never worked on small engines until I emigrated to the Tropics, and found them a little daunting. Especially generators with governor systems.
Onto Steve's small engine saloon, and hey it all makes sense.🤩🤩🤩🤩
Dony Boy is awesome
I have one thing to say to Walbro: Include welch plugs in your carb kits.
