If the only thing people know about them is what Sasha has to say, they still know nothing about them, people still don't care about them, is what you have to say "caring about them"? No, you care about Sasha.
He plays a character that's unpleasant, ignorant, racist, sexist and dumb as if it represents what the people of that country are really like, I can understand them not liking that. It's a joke and he's brought them attention but he's not exactly painting a flattering picture of the people and the culture there, and you think they should just be grateful that a rich person from the west is acknowledging their existence, why should they be grateful for that?

And of course this is always based on a concept. Every fictional character is the outcome of a concept which is defined as an abstract idea or if you want the fundament of a principle. In this case to bring the audience to the point where they expose their racism while believing they educate the wild, savage man. So maybe you read this word by word, read a bit more, think a bit more and then write something that makes sense. Or you could write something like "You (me) are so dumb" or "You should educate yourself" or some other nonsens. In that case we can cut this debate short.

I really enjoyed my visit to Kazakstan. The people and land are incredible in my experience. I met a beautiful woman and also traveled the length of the country in 1999. I was driving the back up car for a very rich man and his trophy fiancée.
