Thanks for putting this out, Jack! I would love to see a video in video of what you are actually pressing. I see things flashing, but am not sure if you pressed that or maybe the Scene button, etc. Just would be helpful for me to see. Awesome as always!
Am using and adjusting the best I can with your template. Great of you to share and look forward to your updated template if you would be so kind to share again. Great feel and playing as always. Love your stuff and can’t get enough of Loopy Pro. Been using since it’s creation. It is such a powerful tool.
Brilliant! It’s so much fun, I’m planning on a series of videos building a template from scratch so that people can learn a little more behind the scenes as well. Thanks for watching!
@@timothy5974 No, I think video importing is a standard feature. Samurai Edition adds time stretch, auto-chop, and piano roll. P.S. Hey, _my_ name's Timothy! 👋
Well I just spent about 2 hrs frustrated with this loopy thing. I have koala but well I can’t even figure that out 😂. I also have an app called digistix for drums too. I’m thinking I would like to start with maybe few buttons that will trigger som drum loops from your friends loop packs? I have a m-audio fast track pro interface that I would like to use for my Small Boss GT1 guitar pedal board. I don’t dare try to sing, maybe humming a melody line but that’s about as far as my voice should go. 😢I had no idea this loopy was this advanced. Well thanx and I will be open to any suggestions. Great stuff.
The problem with loopy is it has so many options you get a bit overwhelmed. I would start with just looping a few simple things and go from there, I only use koala because I already own it but you can just load a drum loop into a clip instead.
Hello Jack, I've already watched some of your videos and I really like what I see, I've just started looping so I'm watching a lot of videos. In your videos you always say that you can download the template, but unfortunately I can't find a link to click on. Since I'm still at the beginning, a template like this would be very helpful. Thank you very much for your help. 😉👍
What was the amp emulator that you said the Guitar was plugged into? And have you tried any iPad based emulators yet to see how they compare? Great stuff by the way!
Hey! I’m using a line 6 Hx stomp as I do a bunch of guitar based gigs as well so it fits the bill for me plus frees up CPU on the iPad. I haven’t tried any of the iPad solutions but I do plan to start testing bits like this on the channel for more solutions. Thanks for checking the video out!
The way I have it set up you always set a tempo, however I have a tap tempo button on the main screen to change between songs or whatever I’m feeling. You can get it to set tempo after first loop, it’s just not my preferred method. Thanks
I really hope this channel blows up for you. You deserve it. 🤜🏻💥🤛🏻

I could really do with another camera, or maybe I could do one video just focused on the iPad and not me, I’ll see what I can do :)
Love every bit of this! Great work! Thank you VERY MUCH!
Very kind thanks!
Love it! This looks incredibly fun, going to need to try it myself!
👍
Great template and video. Can you make a video on how to create such a template from scratch? You're welcome, thank you.
This is strongly on the video list, I’m going to do a series on building a template. Thanks for watching!
@@jwskuse Thanks dude.

that sounds fantastic! Loopy is truly an amazing app...even better in the right hands as yours. Thanks for the video
Thanks for the kind words!
Are you using the samples in koala that came with it ? How do we get more of a rock sample set ? Thank you
You can screen record _anything_ and sample it into Koala.
Just remember to delete the original video afterwards, if your storage is limited…
@@crnkmnkythank you I will try this. Do I need to get the Samurai update ?

Just some random samples I threw into koala from a free sample pack!

Fantastic will be trying your template
What if you have to start with no tempo in mind and let the first loop decide it ?
