I have sun+sat conjunction in 4th house scorpio sign (leo asc), born in Pushya nakshatra, almost every word your said is true when I look at my life. Even the body building part that you mentioned, though I m not a body builder yet but always aspired to have a good physique and keep thinning about it. Have insensitive relationship with father but loves my mother so much. Started working very early in life and attained higher positions almost at a very early age.
