Nilah is strong when piloted well but can be shutdown so hard from champ select; I believe this inflates her stats as you would only pick her if the composition is playable for her. Hwei is an interesting one, technically he has only recieved buffs since release (significant ones at that); despite this I think he will emerge as broken (or S tier) for GM+ -> Pro.
