- Kill Movie Review - A new Indian film called Kill just hit theaters so I wanted to check it out. The trailers showcased a very violent, brutal action flick which sounds right up my ally. Almost the entirety of Kill takes place on a train for 2 hours. I had some problems with the movie but overall, the issues are saved by the wild action scenes. Not too bad!

Amrit didn't wanna kill them at the beginning because he was a soldier...He was trying to stop them and also used knife in their legs, but when they killed his girlfriend amrit lost his cool
You guys are so biased af. John wick had so many plot holes and gimmicky yet everyone was praising. John wick was like video game where the bad guy keeps coming in with just mindless continuous action, to the point of ridiculousness , yet everyone were raving about it.
Gets shot so many times falls from 5 story building and comes back for the next movie like Jesus
When indian movie does it, its bad
Watch it & decide yourself before criticizing
@@HiteshkrNEET i have watched it
As a fellow American i’m a bit embarrassed by your lack of media literacy in this review lol
lol yup he done fucked it up
I have a different view on you comment at 5:40 pls read it.
This movie has an emotional angle that sets it apart from typical action films. The bandits are not random villains; they are from the same family group, with many of them being cousins. This familial connection adds depth to their actions and emotions. When they saw their brother hanging, their reactions were genuine-they cried and were terrified. This is not like a typical John Wick scenario where the hero is just smashing random goons. There is a substantial background story that provides context to their actions.
The bandits' primary intention was to loot the passengers as they usually do. However, this time they discovered a rich passenger on the train, which they saw as a jackpot. They planned to kidnap him for a higher ransom, not to kill anyone. It was the circumstances that escalated the situation beyond their control.
In my view, this movie deserves appreciation for its layered storytelling and the realistic portrayal of its characters' motivations and emotions.
Bishnu Shrestha fought with 40 robbers on a train from Ranchi to save a girl who was going to be raped in front of everyone on the train, he was an Indian soldier from the Gurkha regiment, He killed three of them in the fight and injured eight others. The remaining robbers feared Bishnu's brave attack and fled the scene. This movie is based on real events with just movie plots.
I disagree with the bad acting and writing comment, they all acted damn good specially raghav juyal
Adam, you are missing a lot of nuance that you dismiss as plot holes.
The train only halted once in a remote place and passengers would rather stay low than run into a jungle where the bandits were also disembarking.
Police are usually posted in trains anticipating petty crime on routes traversing sensitive areas. The police were a part of the train in a different compartment where the bandits had not jammed the phones.
If there were no commandos, the passengers would have gone on with their lives, and the event would have just been an anecdote for them.
There is some theatricality in the sense that the mob was larger, the antagonist was too reckless and the heroes could keep fighting even after 50 concussions.
Many of the things you found as plot holes, can be explained with good detailing by the creators and the help of minor suspension of disbelief.
I think you miss the cultural nuances. Those bandits were real life inspirations from border town slums of Delhi. In daylight they are blue collar workers but at night they hunt on highways or trains in large numbers. This is kinda family affair where women of family are also part of crime logistics.
They are real people with emotions not NPC bad guys.
As Indian family group, seniority gives
I just saw this. It is true that there is barely a plot. The majority of the choices are beyond ridiculous and make little sense. The violence is so over the top that I annoyed my theatre crowd with all my laughing. I LOVED IT!!!
You would be shocked to know that this movie is loosely based on a true story where a gurkha soldier from Indian Army killed 3 dacoits and injured 8 when more than 20 get on the train.
@@sstudio36 interesting. Thanks
@@dlwseattlefk off no cares about your laughing, you should have gotten kicked out of the screen for annoying others with your idiotic laughter
Lol.. like john wick had any plot or sense. It was like a video game
@keriddunk1520 exactly why it was awesome!
A lady from India called Anupama Chopra expressed her interest to be friends with you. She is a movie critique. She is full of negativity, has a very narrow view towards something new and experimental, always critiques movie to find faults in them and she is quite hated across India. I think you too will get along very well.
Well said bhai 😂😂😂😂😂
This was such an entertaining review and you’re hilarious as always. Great review 🙏🏻
Let me tell u that this movie is made in 1/10th the budget of a low budget Hollywood movie. Now think what they achieved with such low production lvl... personally this is new in indian cinema. I loved it
I loved the best parts of John Wick 4, but there were parts where I was exhausted from all the fight long scenes. I think I made may be done with the genre and all the movies inspired by it
Yep, I'm with you on Wick. These movies are WAAAY too long for the premise.
Same
@@AdamDoesMoviesGet your hands on a copy of Lieutenant Jangles.. best movie of the 80s that was never made..
Best action film I've seen in a while. What a week for Indian cinema!
85k! Congrats Adam
I'm going to call 90,000 by this September.
*There are so many Indian movies without songs.*
Exactly but his white a$$ wouldn't know that would he
How did u make ur comment whiter? Tell me or u r a racist
So, to address the first plot hole. If you watch the movie carefully then you notice that they use a cell phone jammer so no one can contact the conductor and the entrance to the main bogey is locked. As for the second, I agree with you there. The passengers could have just run off when the train stopped. It's also silly to see the bandits emotionally overwhelmed when a closed one dies. Maybe a flash of grief would have been far more realistic.
Still, the action scenes are really well done. The choreography is fantastic. Even the movement of the train (this was a film set) is captured really well. I am fine with the wafer thin plot as the kills are delivered in spades.
Bandit's were from close families, it's not silly to see their overwhelming reaction
@@kaZZunni At the cost of one's own safety? It's unrealisticly melodramatic. But, it's a nitpick in an otherwise fantastic action film.
Are you serious? Just because villain's brother dies they don't have the right to be melodramatic? 😂
@@Lionel212001the bandits where frm same family and Indian families are close unlike western families they were probably cousins inlaws as in the last scene the main villain said “I killed your four you killed forty of mine you destroyed a whole bloodline” kinda like that don’t mind my bad translation
American pov-Oh my god😅, indian Army don't always go for the kill😮😮😮(unbelievable😅)
I honestly love the first half because the protagonist had a code at least..of course that went away once his girl was brutally murdered.
realistic action, get into this train for a warm blood bath
Amrit didn't kill first because he was commando. He didn't want to kill civilians. He even asked his Frnd why he killed. But yeah later he became beast surpassing his Frnd
Type in “Ice Ice Matrix” by Auralnauts. You’ll get a kick out of it. In fact I think you’d enjoy all their Star Wars stories and parodies. They’re great.
How can passenger get out of train when train is running 80km per hour bro😂😂..
The train makes several stops bro
100% makes sense ,I think he didn't watched it properly as decoit hacked al cell phones of passanger in the beginning so they couldn't contact loco pilot and about passenger remember whole incident happened in one hour duration as they have already prepared to leave the the train in one hour ! And you can clearly see one of passenger try to jump from train ,meanwhile 2 of decoit jumped and there's blood squashed over the passenger who tried to attempted jump !!! So bro watch movie properly then review!!
THE TRAIN STOPS MULTIPLE TIMES!!!
They have a door that's wide open, several cars away from the bad guys. At one point, more bad guys board the train. At another point, police officers board the train. At either of these spots, the passengers could have gotten off through the open door where they hung the dude. I don't even care that much about it. Overall I enjoyed the film but to pretend like this is a buttoned up film with no plot holes is insane. The main hero gets like 30 blows to the head and manages to keep fighting. That alone is silly and completely unbelievable. I'm fine with all of that but it can still be pointed out, right?
@@AdamDoesMovies 30 blows is nothing to karrarte Kyokushin and Indian army come and fight with us up come to know 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@AdamDoesMovies 30 blows is nothing In front of super hero's like iron man captain ,America, and all I dint see any scratches even falling or hit by 100 tons weight of punches .....to them..! Nevertheless when we watch any movie don't pic points which can be avoided...over all it's a film only..bro.
Thanks for being honest. We appreciate it. Good or bad just say it
Since you're still giving Asian flicks a go, why not check out Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In? I'm not sure where you can see it yet, if it'll be streaming or not. But you can at least give the trailer a peek to see if it's your thing.
I don’t like reading my movies 🍿
You should definitely check out AAVESHAM.
One of the best film this year
Nah... Kill is the best rn... And I watched both
You missed a the most but important string the message of the movie KiLL is clear 'Dont kill'
I just like the performance of villain and the friend of hero what they did for there task
I wish all reviews were this honest.
Indian here, and I was skeptical of all the glowing reviews. This was pretty well balanced.
U didn't understand it well they were not just bad guys they were family of thugs .....
No I understood it when they cried out for their dad and brother. This isn't a deep movie.
@@AdamDoesMovies people who commit crimes mostly do it with friends and family members, especially in under developed countries. This movie is also loosely based on a true story.
@@AdamDoesMoviesits isn’t a deep movie but you can’t criticise someone cry over a loss of their family member especially when u know Indian families are close unlike west and most of ur critics on plotholes where dumb the movie isn’t the best as there are plotholes but ones u pointed out were dumb
You totally got it wrong buddy... Sorry, but you don't have any cinema technical knowledge.. this is one of the best action movie because we have emotional angles of bad guys as well...
I was surprised they played the redband trailer before Kalki 💀was basically just a kill compilation
looked blehh imo
What a action
😂😂
I wanted to like it but the characters are too stupid. Even with some suspension of disbelief these characters choices make no sense

Like john wick made any sense. A guy kills a dog , yeah he decides to go on a rampage for 4 movies never getting tired or dead
Okay let talk about plot holes in John Wick. John f** Wick is bullet proof
Better than shit movies like quite place day one, maxxxine and long legs
I too am weary of more fight long. Gimme some fight short.
watch a western... a short gun draw.
