I'm 42 and just started reading the bible 3 weeks ago. It's my goal to read it through. I'm absolutely fascinated and loving it. I've never considered myself religious, but I've been discussing the bible with my husband, my children, and a few people that have seen me reading...i carry it with me all day in my travels and read whenever i can. I'm really enjoying this awakening 💜

Well. You can continue to not see yourself as religious - Religions are Spiritually defined as following a set of laws and rules to "get into heaven"; or what is otherwise known (in the Christian world) as The Book of Leviticus. Jesus fulfilled the Law. He gave us a New Command - to Love One Another - & Love is the fulfillment of the Law - Love does no harm to its neighbor. In addition, the Bible says the Law kills, but the Spirit gives life. Also, the Bible says the Law (basically) did not work- and if it Had, the worker would have had No More Consciousness of Sin (which didn't happen, which is why it didn't Work). We are sinners, but as believers, we have been made new - we are New Creations in Christ.
And so, Grace and Truth came through Jesus Christ. (The law was sent through Moses - you may have read that).
If the Son has set you free, you will be free indeed. Jesus said that when He left, the Father would send the promised Holy Spirit who would guide us into all truth, and remind us of what Jesus said. As well, it is written, the only thing that counts is Faith expressing itself through Love.
So, I noticed, TH-cam is Not Even Counting My 1st comment.
They usually censure me, or bury my comment so far below, that no one reads it.

The Bible is amazing. You can read the same script repeatedly and find something new in it, and it will touch something new in you.
I used to be a famous New Age teacher of crystal healing and "spiritual" development. I was under demonic oppression for over five years after being attacked by a demon in Edinburgh, Scotland. Nothing from the New Age spiritual teachings could do anything to help me. One day in desperation, I prayed to Jesus for deliverance. I immediately felt this thing peeled off the back of my head. I am now a devout, evangelical Christian. There is evil in this world and there is ONE way to combat it. Amein! 🙏✝

I too spent decades in the new age and ended up with demons attacking me too. I called on Jesus and it all disappeared. I have been going through spiritual warfare for several years but I have never seen a demon again. Jesus is the way and I'm so very grateful to be born again! May God bless you and your family! ❤

Was 26 when I was baptized into Christ. I fell away. I’m 41 now. Praying that God will forgive me and lead me to repentance
What is repentance? It's a change of mind. As a result of us turning toward Christ we will naturally forsake sin. Now, I don't think repentance means perfect obedience from here on out because I don't think experientially there is a saint alive that could say that is the case for them.
It appears that you have been led to repentance... so confess and forsake your sin, surrender your life to Jesus Christ, and rest in his promises. "There is therefore no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus." Romans 8:1; "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9. "I will never leave you or forsake you." "Those who come to me I will never cast out"... Faith is trusting God at his word. "Having been justified by faith." "Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness"
If you are waiting for something else to prompt you toward God, I don't know what that would be...since it seems you want to be back with the Lord.

God gives Grace to the humble. Reconizing sin in our lives is a good sign that the Holy Spirit is working and God hasnt given up on us.
Repent and believe
He is waiting with open arms. Seek Him and you will find Him.
If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart he was raised from the dead you shall be saved. Also ask for the Holy Spirit to fill you ... This is the way.
Fought demons and Satan himself for 5 years. Nearly lost my life on multiple occasions... namely alcoholism; God redeemed me and I have a wife and kid now and sober 💚🇺🇸💚

The last movie I watched was The Jesus Revolution, it was incredible. I mentioned it to a family member, they went to see it and got saved 3 days later. Her son saw it and a day or two later he was save. Powerful message.

I've experienced first hand full blown possession... I talked to 2 demons and then the devil through a woman i was involved with 12 years ago.... The extremely uncomfortable conversation was about an hour long... And through the power of Jesus Christ or his angels, i was protected... Its a long story, but 7 years after that experience and probably at my very lowest in life, Jesus Christ came to my rescue... Literally! I feel compelled to testify on these experiences.... Anyways, awesome podcast and there is a great turning like a scale being adjusted... Now is the time to get zealous for the truth and i feel this in my bones.... God bless
I too had a demonic possession by 6 demons. They infected me at my lowest point in life when I was withdrawing cold turkey off of Xanax. The possession lasted for 6 months. It was pure hell every moment as my brain was healing from Xanax withdrawal and also the phychotic break it induced. I was getting exorcisms at the time and that was a respite, but ultimately it took longer to rid the demons. It was beyond scary, night 3 of my withdrawal I woke up from a lucid nightmare and the nightmare became reality because I was wide awake as I saw 6 shadow figures darker than the dark room I was sleeping in. They were chanting walking in circles around me casting a spell of insanity on me and the witchcraft they hexed on me worked for the next 6 months. I know that the devil was very angry that I was breaking his strongholds and he took an opportunity when I was vulnerable. I don't know why god allowed it to happen to me, because I know he protects people from this kind of thing.
Did she talk with multiple voices at the same time? Always put a tape recorder on and you can hear whats said in their realm. Obviously Pray for protection. I had what I can only guess was a Seer who had died and had thousands of demons. I got rid of a lot.. A lot. But it would of took alot of time and Prayer and I doubt I am pias enough to take down the big ones in him. Guy would be struck by lighting, die, wake up. Maybe my craziest case. After, he set his house on fire and nobody has seen him. Smh. Wish I could of done more

But she would be also talking with her head turned away from me as in talking with the other 2... I recorded the whole thing on a camcorder, and after she came to I showed her and she was screaming that's not me that's not me and crying in the corner... I think she stole the memory card from the camcorder the next day...

23, raised Christian my whole life but this year I finally woke up and accepted God not on the sidelines. I'm almost finished with the 1st kings trying to read the 66.
Having my first born changed my life, opened my eyes to God. I spent the last few years trying to be the best pipeliner/welder but are my eyes open, none of that really matters. Been at the house waiting for jobs to kick off the last 2 months and man is God doing work with my pride,arrogance, and blessing me with time with my little boy. Whole new goals, I wanna have a house full and get off the road and farm and be self sustaining. I miss welding but I don't wanna make a path, I want the Lord to guide me feet down his path even if it's not pipelining or rig welding.

To supplement your Bible reading (NOT TO REPLACE) preachers with solid doctrine and a lifetime of learning are on You Tube and are very helpful in giving deeper understanding. Tommy Nelson, Jack Hibbs, Chuck Missler, Gary Hamrick - All will go verse by verse explaining the different books and tie them together. The more you learn, the more you know it could only be from outside time, by an all knowing/seeing God!
Yes, I have wrestled with my faith for over 30 years. I've grown a hunger for the Word like never before. I literally shake inside thinking of Jesus denying me before the Father. The fear of the Lord is actually a good thing.
I agree completely. That has been lost in our society so much, even with those who call themselves Christian. We all need a healthy "fear of the Lord!"

They are very active Christians and Phil's Bible knowledge is incredible. They would refer to God and pray on the show but Phil also has written books that talk about his faith. Alan is (or was) a preacher. We heard Willie and his wife Kory speak about God, Faith, and Family at our Christian college during the height of the TV show and they were so good. Jace's wife has written kids' Christian books. 😊

@@coreycadden2888 so now movies can only be Christian if it shares the gospel? How do people learn anything when they hear the same things over and over again. There's entire books I knew nothing about or things that I knew nothing about because every church goes over the same bible verses over and over again. I had never even heard of the nephilim until I was in my 40s and it completely changed things for me as far as understanding the Bible and why God flooded the earth and they are doing the same things now as in the days of Noah.
@Penny LANE I agree with you need the whole book but it all falls apart if you don't have the gospel! So that movie shows you how evil works and how evil is real but not how to defeat it!!!! That's my problem with it is that there is a way to defeat evil and its only found in the gospel!

I’m 60…became a Christian at 12 but have slipped into some of the new age beliefs over the past six years. This movie WOKE ME UP. I’ve watched it four times in the last week. The dialogue is brilliant. I never grasped how or why Satan hated us but now I’m crystal clear that he is out to drag us to Hell to hurt God. Thank you for this amazing wake up call.
I left the church as a child because my mother, earlier in life, was not strong in her faith. As a teenager I was raised by my father and stepmom (I believe she’s a witch) who are unbelievers. As an adult I have been to combat… yes it’s true there are no atheists “in a foxhole.” It’s been a number of years since that and I have found God and Jesus (Yeshua) since then. I had no idea y’all had a podcast about faith and the scriptures and supernatural occurrences. Subscribed.
One might argue only an atheist - or someone with lack of faith, would dig a foxhole to begin with - for only the lord gives life and only the lord takes life, according to the lord's plan. .. how can hiding in a hole change god's plan for you?

I didnt have a religious upbringing whatsoever, but especially the last few years, ive felt drawn to the persuit or understanding of the lord. Now i fully consider myself a christian, jesus is most definitely my savior, and i can literally feel my faith growing and its a crazy feeling that i havent felt before. This has been a very important conversation. I can't wait to see this movie. I would have completely ignored it due to the genre.
Hospice nurse. The presence of the devil and possessions are on the rise. 11 years in of doing hospice, and the jade 3-4 years the amount of spiritual battles of peoples souls as they are dying has me shook to my core. It’s becoming a majority instead of the minority of deaths I see.
My boyfriend passed in March, a few days before he passed he was mildly sedated but wasn’t able to speak. I asked him if he loved Jesus. He said a clear, loud, YEAH! He was really agitated a little bit after that. Called out to his mom whose passed. I believe he is saved. But I worry that he was in torment. He was in a lot of torment in his life.

The enemy wants you to be worried and fearful, but God did not give us a spirit of fear (worry), but of love, power, and a sound mind. 2Timothy 1:7. May you keep your mind on Christ, who alone can give you perfect peace, and trust in Him! (Isaiah 26:3). Jesus used scripture to keep the evil one away. We all need to too. Much love to you.

@@theekatatonixplanet2343 I’m so sorry to hear about your brother too. I lost one of mine on June 28 and my parents are also gone. Yes, keep praying, keep reading your Bible and keep telling the Lord how you’re doing each day. Also find a mentor nearby, someone whose walk with the Lord is strong and meet with them and others who encourage you in the faith.
Years ago in hospice care, my dad died at home. He wasn't a good man and ruled with an iron fist. Towards the end he saw a demon waiting for him on the couch, (scared him severely) then he saw 2 angels discussing his situation in the back yard along with his little brother that died at a young age.
I being a believer, prayed the sinners prayer with him as the spirit is still able to accept Jesus. He was in a coma at that point. He was okay with it but got angry when i told him that i forgave him for abandoning us as kids.
His body got very angry, only God knows what happened to him. The point is, that you can't hide from God, everyone has an appointed time.
Serve Him who is able to save your soul.

I can remember a dream I had where I was in Church with a friend and his wife. I looked at him and told her he was possessed. The dream fast forwarded to after the service, me and the friend were at my house and I told him that exact same thing and laughed. He stared at me in a strange way before tackling me.
His face morphed to where it only had six eyes, no mouth, no nose. I felt a great vibration and intense headache before waking up constantly calling for the Lord to save me.
To this day, I don't know if that was a preternatural encounter or just a really bad dream.
Six eyes to monitor you closely, I would beware of this friend.

I always tell my boys age 24 and 14 that theres someone who hates their guts and wants nothing but bad upon them and is relentless at making bad come to them. When I told them they were shocked and I said its the devil boys and you have to always walk and talk with Jesus to keep him away from both of you ! I hope by telling them this they understand. 😪 💔
We do have an enemy that hates us. But we have a God that out Loves any hate the enemy gives out. God outdoes everything and anything. Greater is He who is in us than he who is in this world.

3rd dream in April 2023
This was a warning of the outer darkness for my dad and anyone who is rebellious and will not repent and follow Jesus Christ.
In my dream I had woken up and all I could see was darkness. There was no sound either. At this moment, I knew I had died and I had no fear. I could see some light, like at the end of a tunnel. I knew what I needed to do, like I was on a mission. I focused on the light and I traveled to the light at a high rate of speed. As I entered into the dim lite area, I could see an extremely high wall and 2 gates. On the other side of the wall it was much brighter and vibrant. As I came closer to the wall, I noticed there were thousands of people walking around who looked confused, distressed and out of place. Some were angry and yelling as they paced back and forth. I noticed that below us I could see the edges of of a pit and that it was on fire. With confidence, I walked through the crowd of people straight for the gates. One person who was facing the wall turned around and looked right at me with a very distraught look on his face, it’s was my dad. I said “Dad, I tried to tell you, it was time to get right with the Lord, but you didn’t listen.” He continued to pace back and forth. Then I walked up to the gates and walked through.
End of dream
Pray for my dad, he has many addictions and is very rebellious.

If you have ANYTHING associated with the occult, get it out of your house. I had this weird feeling about Mardi gras beads, of all things .... And when I went to look at them their was all kinds of strange symbols, kings, just NO NO NO, I threw out at least 3 pounds of beads.
The front door did not want to open either. I fought with it for 5 minutes to get it to open, I said "BY THE POWER AND MIGHT GIVEN TO THE NAME OF MY LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, I COMMAND THIS DOOR OPEN TO ME" and it opened. I ran out and threw those beads into the outdoor garbage can.
I've slept better since. Whew.

My husband and I went to see Nefarious yesterday. It was ok. I think it’s mainly for non believers.
Spoiler alert-I know why it’s R rated. There is a gruesome death scene which I don’t know why they put in. And he talks explicitly about abortion which some people may need to hear.
I would not see it again, but the I wouldn’t discourage taking anyone else. Yeah the end scene was wierd with glen beck-and also the very end was weird also with the homeless woman.
However we did see Jesus Revolution and I actually watched it twice.
It was a complete surprise and we were delighted. I had watched it on my way home and again at home with my husband.

I missed seeing Jesus Revolution in the theater, so i ordered a DVD of it. While waiting for the DVD to come in the mail, I went to see Nefarious. Seeing Nefarious put me in a bad mood, but a few days later I got my DVD and watched Jesus Revolution. I was so uplifted by that film that it allowed me to put Nefarious in the proper perspective, if that makes sense.
Please pray for my Father anyone🙏🏼🥺 cancer has spread and we need his kidneys healthy so they can do a scan to see where all the cancer is so they can start treatment 🙏🏼 please pray for strength, I’m not ready. I need him so badly God

Why does satan and the demons thrive in our world? Because he is the ruler of it. That is why Jesus told us to pray for God's kingdom to come. When it arrives Gods kingdom will destroy all of mankind's rulership and all of God's enemies. Daniel gave us the history of mankind's rule, the Anglo American world power is the last super power to exist, and it arrives before we collapse.. hope this helps.

I watched nefarious last night. Cried whenever the demon stepped back to allow Eddie to come to the surface so Eddie could feel the full weight of suffering for his situation. I learned a lot. While watching Eddie suffer, I felt so much sadness for him and i thought "if i feel so much pain watching him knowing this is a movie. Imagine how god feels watching us be led astray by the enemy." Then i thought "its probably with great sorrow thar god gives us free will, becsuse he knows the harm that can come to us if we choose a life without him." I really wanted the character to just call out to God.

Remember, casting out demons was a new phenomenon with Jesus's ministry. Derek Prince talks a lot about this (see his full sèries on Spiritual Warfare). We as Christians have been given the authority to do the same. It's needed more than ever now, and I know every Christian not only has this ability, but an expectation to be doing this. Needed so desperately at this time in the last days! Fear not!
Demons are back and exorcisms are becoming more common. I had one 6 months ago. I was infected with 6 demons. They attacked me my 3rd day coming off of Xanax cold turkey. I saw them chanting in circles around me darker than the dark room I was in. They did witchcraft and cast a hex or spell of insanity on me. I was insane for the next 5 months until the exorcism. I had the same looping word repeating all day everyday. it was a word they were chanting over and over again. It was torment, pure torment.
There’s a hierarchy on both sides, and that we cannot ignore it.
Interesting show. Appreciate you all airing it. There are two missionaries who have served abroad, in my Sunday school class. They both served in Africa and have said that demon possession is still prevalent in 3rd world countries where the occult is a common practice. Evil is just better disguised in America but is becoming more prevalent and blatant and can be seen in the lawlessness that prevails many areas.

An example I will throw out there, is my church, which has been part of the United Methodist Church since my grandfather help build in the 50's, is now is divided. All churches were basically United Methodist Church property. Before the split, It was basically stated that if you don't allow teachings that are really against the words and laws in the bible, you have to remove yourself from the United Methodist Church in both form, title and function. We have done this, but we also lost the funding where large churches, helps the ones that struggle in rural areas. We had to remove the "United" from any signs that point to our church. Our property is now ours, as well as the grounds and graveyard, however being rural and a older population, it is hard to keep the church going with so much of the older generation dying out and because of our rural status, young folks move elsewhere for jobs. It is a difficult situation and I believe, a evil purpose behind it all.

I can tell anyone we all have our little moments and when you do, that’s when the enemy will pounce all over you I am not kidding. I am talking from experience and then that little voice shit onto tired of being knocked around. That’s when I got up on my feet and start Taking charge with my Lord and Savior. I can him every day and every night for loving me and caring for me. I haven’t done him right but he has never left me that well I had to get through my big brain but even in the bad times, he had never left me praise God.

I honestly more than like wait to see this movie. Got off a bender from paganism/Wicca/witchcraft 3 years ago (I studied it for around 20 year). The Lord helped break it’s hold over me. The demonic stuff, however, will not touch it with a ten foot pole because, hello….that stuff is real.

I agree so much with Steve Deace on the resulting condition of the church from years of placating. I remember the dinner scene at the beginning of American Sniper, when the character playing Chris Kyle's father was addressing his sons after the youngest son had been bullied and beaten. He says there are 3 types of people in this world (1) The Sheep, (2) The Wolf and (3) The Sheep Dog. He goes on to describe each of their characters. So simple and so true. Your Tshirt "Love Protects" also reminded me of this.
I don't believe that God meant Jesus to be portrayed as the mamby pamby baby in the manger (as I heard Rev. Tony Evans say). I was so glad to hear that, and I thought thank God, yes finally that makes sense. Although his time here shows much meak submission and horrible undescribable pain, to achieve God's plan, he was and he is mighty, and awesome etc. as described in Revelations. I have a problem with the way he has been portrayed, warping the perception of his real strength.
