Thanks Chip… we’ve had a few comments that people wanna hear it going in to an amp… with no amp sim… like an effects unit… it will be interesting to hear how all the drivers sound direct into a guitar amp.

The included drives are good, but "my favorites" aren't there (yet?). I am hoping that they add a Timmy, a Blues Breaker, and some other low gain overdrives in some future firmware updates. Several more overdrives of this type exist in the original Ampero, which I believe the Mini is based upon, so I guess there is hope.

Thanks for posting. The top end of the distortions sound less smooth than the originals to me - was that your perception too?

Yes! I’ve rolled off a lot of top end frequencies! They’re pretty harsh!

Do you know if it's possible to set FX1, FX2, FX3 to each be a different drive pedal model? I'm looking to see if I can use the Apero mini as a multi overdrive in front of my amp without using the amp models on the FX unit.

Im sure you can thats what their there for so you can set whatever fx u want in those slots
