So, your first question is like "Can we add two ads with different landing page URL in the same Ad group? " and the answer is ''NO''. But I guess YES we can add different types of landing page URLs until and unless our root domain is same.
but when you do display, philips images would be different for men and women however, you need a different landing page correct? If yes, then you can't have in the same Ad Group. Please explain

Sir you mean, by different Ad groups for same project we can easily find all the different Analytics separately at one place. So it will be easy to analize further stretegy.

The budget will be automatically allocated to each ad group based on search volume. If you want to spend fixed amounts for each service, it is better to create separate campaigns

what will help you in your career is your skills, how much knowledge you have and how are you implementing those in real scenarios. MBA gives you a certificate and of course knowledge but implementing that knowledge is in your hand. This is my opinion.... doing an internship gives you more core knowledge than doing an MBA.
