    I really liked this video. The finds were awesome as usual but it was the conversations with the family which made it. At least for me anyway, there are stories to be told. 👍✌️

      I know, I absolutely loved watching them go over what we found! I often say if finds could talk they would tell a lot, the fact that they told us who probably owned the items, really made it feel like the finds could 😊

    Ahh! I don't believe in ghosts either, but they startle me every time I encounter one. Stivers were used in the colonies mentioned on the coin. You take over a dutch colony you make your tokens in the denominations they are used to. There are silver tokens from there too, That woman and daughter made the hunt worthwhile they were very interested..

    Bet they kept all the coins huh? Cool property. That was cool that her grandmother always had Volkswagens and you found her keys most likely. Do they have farmland you can detect and keep your finds?

    • @RelicDirtyhands
      @RelicDirtyhands  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, they kept the coins and other items they like. Honestly we just love finding the stuff and it means a lot more to them. A video clip, a picture and I have a digital copy of what we find, that’s good enough for us. Just sharing with the owners was the highlight, their reactions to their ancestors stuff is well worth giving it up ☺️. It’s pretty cool, it gets to stay with them and the house.

    The house I grew up in and even the community it was in was plagued by bizarre paranormal and UFO activity. Most of our family members left the area. My older sister, my cousin Keith and I, and my friend Joel saw a glowing, floating, beachball sized reddish/orange head in our house. It woke me up just inches from my face from the heat coming from it. It had huge red eyes with black veins in them. Mean looking eyes. My brother and I had almost four hours of missing time after a bright glowing blue orb hovered over the truck he was driving. A lot of other unbelievable and terrifying things happened there. And this is really true.
    When I was younger this stuff seemed like normal reality and I accepted it but as I got older it finally dawned on me that it WASN`T normal and this realization really affected me and frightened me. This happened when my older sister told me about seeing the head back in 2020 and then a year later when I made a comment on Facebook about my cousin`s horse being found dead over 30 feet up in an oak tree there, all his deer hounds being ripped to shreds in their pen, and the giant bird my aunt saw destroying a tree, my old friend Joel said he saw something in our house.
    I messaged him and asked what he saw. He said he saw a "mean looking pumpkin head." So he saw the floating head. You hope you imagined seeingf something like that. But in reality four of us saw a real monster. My sister saw it in the 1960s, my cousin Keith and I saw it in the mid 1970s, and Joel in the mid 1980s. He stopped coming to my house but never told me why.
    After more and more paranomal stuff I talked to some preachers about it and they told me to never go back in the house alone again. So I asked my dad to help me sell the place. I lived in my car until I got a job playing drums and singing in a band two years later and lived off the small payments we got to pay my car insurance and a tab at a small store for gas and some food.
    The UFOs and paranormal stuff seemed to follow me but thankfully I`ve been ok for several years now compared to how bad it sometimes gets. But I`m always afraid. I used to love fishing and camping and have completely stopped after another UFO encounter with about 7 hours of missing time in 1999. Like I said, I wish to God I could pretend I imagined all of this or that I`m completely crazy. But it`s real. It forces me to pay attention to the stories others tell. Dog Man scares me half to death because not all of these people are making it up and there are videos. I couldn`t handle that! WTF is going on, ya know?

    • @RelicDirtyhands
      @RelicDirtyhands  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wow that gave me chills! One person seeing ok, could be something else, 4 people seeing sounds really messed up and hard to ignore. As a kid I was told I had a wild imagination, I remember seeing things running into the house. Parents would go outside and see nothing, laugh and say oh Laurie.. but once my sister saw the same thing, a second moon appeared over us. We ran in the house and it was gone. I never experienced a loss of time though… that would freak me right out! I’m glad to hear things are better now.

      @@RelicDirtyhands One very strange thing that used to happen at our house very rarely was a tree or the roof of the house would vibrate. When it would happen the little particles on the top of the shingles would fall off the edge of the roof. I remember the roof vibrating like that twice and the stuff on the shingles falling off the roof into our hair. We could hear the buzzing from the vibration. And one day in the back yard in the Fall a sweetgum tree beside me did it and the little seeds in the sweetgum balls rained down out of the tree. The whole tree was buzzing.
      And this happened in my camper several days ago. A little Magic Chef toaster oven that isn`t even plugged in started vibrating. I can`t think of any reason why it would do that. I was standing right beside it. I`m paranoid about this stuff but I do try to look for logical explanations. I even wondered if it was my friend Jason who had died that day trying to get my attention instead of this crap coming after me again.
      I didn`t want to move back to this region but car accident injuries had gotten worse and I needed help from my sister to see doctors and apply for disability. I have two cameras now and keep one within reach in case anything happens so I can prove it. But so far nothing weirder than that has happened in a long time. But when I was in the community where I grew up and a lot of things happened visiting a guitar player I used to know I saw a colorful UFO briefly flying very low in and out of the treetops. It seemed to me like it was letting me catch a glimpse as a message like "We know you`re here." I`m truly paranoid about it all at this point.
