WoW! Great job on the under carriage, I think the seam sealer looks fine, I’ll be doing the same. It’s peace of mind knowing it’s properly sealed. Great work mate!
Great job, but I think I am missing something, if the wings of the screen were wider than the car how did cutting it down make it fit or was it that the wing end pieces were too long not actually bent out on the wrong angle? to push the ends of the screen in would be incredible pressure and I can't imagine the rubber and chrome holding it, maybe it does, thats why I am asking, not doubting anything just after clarification so I can understand. Thanks, So many will find this so useful if they are having the same problem.
The windscreen profile was too big for the car. It wasn’t a match to the old windscreen so essentially I made it fit. I doubted it myself when I started the job but got it fitted in the end. Side of the screen flex enough to go into shape. Everything fits as it should.

shes coming up great looking good being a standard body it should have painted windscreen mouldings fe fc rear strips were the same in the back as the fe fc fb ek all share the same glass and tail gates i see you updated the diff centre to a later one good idea the old 3.89 were a dinosaur diff and slow it will drive a lot better

Yes mate agreed about then painted window surrounds but she is what she is.
It’s not a totally pure car so I’m happy with it as is.
