Other than the OTG dollar store going on here, I feel like those UI changes could easily be in the actual game, that ex special where he "dodges" to continue a combo is SICK, and fits really nicely with the character.... and of course Yamcha is nowhere to be seen u_u maybe next time
@@shishioh Nah legit this mod is far more balanced than base game. I can literally write you a book on how much more balanced it is. In fact it is SO balanced that base game tried to steal a lot of the changes made in the mod and actually put them through in balance patch updates but forgot to actually balance around it and ended up putting in more cracked out versions like Blugetas armored command grab.

The mod actually balanced out sparking and removed its oppressive "Immediate spark into vanish mix" issue that most people have been complaining about by not allowing a full team to have spark empty vanish. The mod also made a blocked spark -5 instead of it being 0 on block like in base game which rewards the player who was actually looking out for the spark and forces both players to use spark smartly. 2.) Properly adjusted lariats and EX lariats overall across the board. 3.) Adjusted Raw Tag to be not as wild as it used to be. Instead of just wildly tagging out anywhere and everywhere you actually have to have be smart when you tag in your characters because now it can be consistently punished. The pros of raw tag are now equal to the cons. This change also brings back use to snap back because targeting became a bit more stronger now that raw tag isnt as safe anymore, therefore making an almost useless system mechanic useful again. 4.) Adjusted overbearing/ obnoxious normals (Like Vegitos 5M) so that they have ACTUAL RISK now. 5.) Removed Limit Break and gave all characters more well rounded kits. 6.) Boosted over all counter play in a game where scrambling reign supreme. Also just reducing scrambling in general. 7.) Making almost all assists valuable in their own ways without breaking them. There is no "This character only has one real assist" anymore, you can pick any of them to suit whatever need you may have. These are just some of my favorite points.
