What dubbing? There was only spoken Chinese and English subtitles. That horrible baby voice is her real voice, sorry to say. I've watched a lot of these dramas and all the women sound like children when they speak.
Gave up watching part way through because of the FL, her character was to stupid and just so annoying, don't know why the ML would have ever put any trust in anything she says or does, she didn't seem to be accomplishing anything.

I love revenge and reborn cdramas and this one had good twists. Very entertaining. ♥️

That’s actually voice dubbing. That’s not her real voice. It’s a pro voice actor.
