In this video, i am going to share my experience of getting my defected shoes replacement.
Adidas offers a 90 days limited warranty on products, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period. Within 90 days from the date of the original purchase, if you discover a fault with your items, please take pictures of the defect and contact with adidas nearest outlet right away for further processes.
If the product is discontinued or out of stock it may be replaced by a similar option available.
