So basically Isolde is Reality dmg version of 37 but with Burn (Heat) stacks triggering her free mass attack instead of Eureka. Drawback is that enemies that can cleanse debuff will lower her DPS since it'll take longer to activate. Bluepoch really loves their Reality support (Bkornblume, Getian, and now Isolde).
@@peanutz0z Spath doesn't even need Burn support to deal big dmg. But Isolde boosts Spath by a very large margin. None needs each other as Isolde also seems to work well in Reality dmg team in general
Burn is a negative status that can be stacked (the stacks all count as one status). At the end of the carrier's turn (or after they take action, I forget which), half of the Burn stacks on them get dispelled and then they take an amount of damage for each stack removed.

60 I3 is the max level, but doing this for u the most unit u will use like DPS or Burst dmg For some crew that u need only the passive work.. just do on 20 I3 or stay on 50 I2(max lvl I2) for not interesting I3 bonus
