How to WASH your 360 waves: Short Hair Wash Method!

I'm an average waver. I don't spend any time on my shit period. Almost no one has PB level waves. I been wavin 22 years...my shit better than most. PB puts me to shame. I just can't spend hours on my hair man.🤷🏾♂️

Im 37. Been wavin since 15. Voted best hair in my class in high school man. This shit aint this difficult or this serious. Spending hours on your hair is wild. To get dope wave just takes consistency. It never mattered what shampoo I used...whether I used Dax, Murray's, Sportin Waves or S-Curl pomade.
Tip 1: Brush your hair in the shower under warm water.
Tip 2: Get out, dab hair until semi dry then brush in desired pattern (maybe 30 strokes in each direction)
Tip 3: Apply hair product of choice rubbing with the grain (You'll learn the right amount for the amount of hair you have and the type of hair you have overtime don't get frustrated)
Tip 4: Brush product into hair for (Maybe 15 strokes in each direction)
Tip 5: Put on Du Rag...SEAMS OUT! ( You don't want a thick ass line running right down the middle of your head)
Tip 6: Get a face cloth, run HOT water in it, ring it out and lay it on your head over Du Rag for 30 seconds. Repeat 4 times. This makes the hair soft and really lays it down.
Tip 7: Only cut hair once a month in the beginning phases. Once waves are locked, every 2-3 weeks is fine.
Follow this process everyday. Once you get it down, it should be a 20 minute deal at most!✊🏾
Side note: Never....NEVER GO TO BED WITHOUT A RAG ON! NEVER! Wave deformation is hard to fix!

BTW...not taking anything away from these new wavers but I noticed a lot of people who are trying to get started. PB has amazingly EVEN waves which is difficult to achieve. You have to be hella dedicated to get his level waves. I got 2 young kids and run 3 businesses. I got 20 minutes in the morning to get spinnin. My waves are better than 95% of anyone I've ever met. I feel like most of you would be happy with that! ✊🏾

@@shilzy876 You always want to brush soft hair before ragging up. So on days you don't wash or co-wash, be sure to apply a hot towel a few time before brushing and applying any additional product.✊🏾

Wondering how I can replicate this look on clients with dry scalp. I’d definitely have to ruin the initial waves to get to the scalp.... or is the brush exfoliating dry cells off the scalp? Idk... I’ll try it on a client and let you know how it works out

I been brushing since second day of 2018 school year. And I still can't get my sides in. My back and top are perfect sides just wont come in.1 day I see the rear corner bottom sides in but than they aren't there .Any tips cause I'm getting sad man.
Once you finish your wash & style method what do you with your brush . Do you leave it wet and continue brushing and when your done . Wait for it dry to try off until the next morning or you blow Your brush to dry off quickly or you dry your bruh with a towel ?????

Does your head itch from leaving the shampoo? I try not to use shampoo much if at all, just conditioner so would this method still work? If I add moose to it before I put on my durag or even after I take it off will it help with holding my hair in place or will it mess up my pattern. I have curly hair but its like the texture of baby hair, very fine and soft. Waves come in naturally for me without a durag so I was thinking moose would help with holding better than pomade. PLEASE HELP LOL

Not sure this would work on someone with SUPER corse hair.. would it? Because I usually use Sportin' Waves to hold my waves because, since it's so thick, it easily gets frizzy.
