If your "friends" do not like what you wear and do not accept you for that they are NOT friends. If u feel GOOD in that dress then yiur friends should be HAPPY YOU ARE HAPPY! Do not apologize or change please. I consider you a friend. And if a dress makes you happy then SHINE ON! Spread the happiness!
Or they are friends who just did something rude. You don't have to abandon friends just because they do something wrong. That's not real friendship, either. Also if she really wants to wear what other people like, then that's also a choice that isn't necessarily wrong, so long as it's what she wants.
