Finally, I have found a teacher who can teach the core principles of Mindfulness & Buddhism with a light-hearted humour! Yet, he is so much in tune with modern life and present day humanity and it's problems, and helps us trace back to solutions from pure dhamma principles. Thank you very much for your kindness and compassion.

Would like to hear something on ageing and death......and the belief that "I have to get enlightened in order to overcome the fear of death (and also the related issue of illness for that matter. Because all illness carries with it the intimation of mortality, I think.....You had a cool talk on pain (tooth pain) and how you transformed that into a kind of bliss......but beyond going to the dentist....as Sam Harris said, the purpose of these teachings is, in part, a preparation from that inevitable telephone call from the oncologist our whatever,....a call we will all get someday........the issue of ageing (you are about my age so you know what I'm talking about.....also these young whipper snappers who are awakening ....death is a long way off in their minds I think)............can the inevitability of death be used to help awaken? Some say it could (and should)... which is of course what started Siddhartha on the path to awakening ....
