The anime is definitely better than the manga. It was rush while in this, they took their time to let you truly feel how special the birth of a child is.
The anime covers about the first 80 chapters of the web novel (some stuff happens in different order, but everything in the anime has happened by chapter 80). There's over 800 chapters in the web novel.

I was so happy coming across this anime, the animals are so cute! I like the MC helping people offering them home, everyone helping to develop their community- and then I learned about this🥲
If I'm not mistaken, they changed some details from the canon. For one, they made it look like he only had eyes for one woman, with the rest as mere concubines. In the original story, he had romantic moments with each of them and it's not like he was loyal to only one. They kinda "fixed up" some elements here to give it a more wholesome vibe.
Fr. People here are going "aww", "look at all of them being in harmony", etc... In reality, the anime production "fixed up" certain elements and aspects of personalities of some of the characters to give the animated version. an entirely different/wholesome vibe.
I mean, they already "fixed up" a shi ton of things about the anime to make it "wholesome" and easier to digest for a wider set of audience. They might as well take all the liberties required for that wholesome route. But yeah, the inconsistencies here and there just kinda makes some of us scratch our heads.

It's because the anime doesn't show concrete indicators of time. The seasons' passing could be a single year, or several, as simply snapshots in time. The people in the village are all either long-lived, functionally ageless, or actually quasi-immortal, sooooo.....
I have a question, have all the elf girls or other races had a child only with Hiraku... I still hope not otherwise they will have to do it between brother and sister
i guess this manga/anime was more into that mc with many wife.. well but i do like some of the way it think... especially how he planning the farm,etc... not bad but i still think i'm more into dr.stone
Much as I hate yet another harem anime, I like how the portrayal of fatherhood and just raising children has become something of a bigger role for main characters these days. It's a nice change of pace.
they don't need to show it but at least let the other leading female characters get pregnant too: one from the angels, one from the demons, one from the high elves, one from the beast kin. I don't know how'd he manage to do it but also the dragon daughter and aunt, nagas, mountain elves
well with the anime logic of breeding human and vampire = half vampire, then it's make sense. (just like isekai restaurant, half elf is the result of mix-race)
This was the biggest wtf moment. Maybe I missed it, I sometime half watch anime, so I miss specifics, but I didn't pick up on much of any romance between the 2, and then she's like 'Oh BTW, I'm pregnant'. Must be more fleshed out in the manga, which I still haven't read
They cut it out. In the anime they show the room with the big bed and that’s it. In the manga he is doing it with all the girls and the Oni Maids too. That’s why he beg for males when new girls arrive but he only got young boys ;) The manga is better than the Anime overall.
a big problem that might make it the reason we dont get much is because the first time they did it was the same day they meet and it did not show proper consent from both parties. it was a little bad word-y
@@Todestelzer sorry to say but the manga is nowhere near the anime. The anime potraid a lot of stuff better than the manga. The manga is a lot like the normal fucking harem isekai but the anime didn't show those stupid stuff instead it showed the relationship between everyone in a real manner.
