Dear Marco, I have remember watching this 10 years ago when it was released and this instantly became my favorite show out of all of them. Thank you for allowing us into a glimpse into your life and your work. You are a pioneer of inclusivity when it comes to fashion shows with people from all walks of life, shapes, sizes and colors. I apologize on behalf of everyone that took this for granted and spread negativity online. i remember watching a video where you stressed about people not liking your show or amongst other things. I'm sorry that you had to endure the critiques of strangers that didnt understand your passions and hard work. I hope to one day see a show in person or to maybe one day walk for you or to even just have another chance of seeing an online show like this one. Been a fan of yours for years and will forever remain a fan. Thank you for this gift!
I always love Manila's walk because she is one of the few that smile while doing it. Raven was painted for the gods and Raja's walk the most impressive as always.

I think they put one of the worst outfits on Raven. It just wasn't all that for Raven's persona. I agree he did need a corset or something, but he worked with what they gave him. I'm just disappointed, since I know Raven can look better than that in garments. I miss dem big ol' hip & butt pads and tight clothing.

i think i really love the longer length dresses a lot more this year they were stunning. My favorite was Milk's number that one was a show stopper for me with the stunning colors and the way it just fit her,, it was great. I think the flesh colored pieces were a bit odd for me but the queens worked it. :D

Loved the clothes and I always enjoy watching these queens stomp a runway, but I think there was too much build-up before we finally got to see the actual show. By the time I was actually able to see the show I already knew what all the queens were wearing, what their makeup looked like and from the teasers and runway rehearsals what their walks were gonna look like. Kudos to Marco Marco for designing such beautiful clothes and the queens for putting on a great show but next time maybe leave all the behind the scenes stuff for after.
I loved every moment of this show, the video-work was great--it mirrors the tempo of the music. This production was better than last year's, it kinda made me feel like it was the start of something huge. After watching this production I feel as though drag modeling with MarcoMaro is going to be a huge thing, like people are going to have a craving for shows like this. The models were beautiful some of the girls were drop dead gorgeous, transforming from male to what I saw on the runway--is pure artistry. DRAGS ARE SEXY...

same here, that show was so good, so much character everyone did whatever they wanted with their hair, it was too...rehearsed, iloved EVERYTHING about the last show but from the editing and the choppiness no, let the garments speak for themselves
Kooz Hahaha Gigi was basic white girl compared to everyone in the damn show. That very demure air kiss at the end of her runway walk - girl pleaaseeee.... The poor girl nearly got run over by a voguer! Hahaha She looked great but, I agree, there was absolutely no slaying from Miss Gorgeous that night.
The show was great but had such an awfull direction! Real fashion shows feauture 3 camera angles maximum and they dont alternate so fast. Plus you featured the bellow feet shot more than any other... Looks so amateur! Last year most of the shot was above head level and we could see both the clothes and the models in better perspective, now middle of the screen was cootch-shots when its supposed to be MUG! Lol

If someone at WOW is reading this, they can rest assured that if they re edit and post this show in the more traditional way I'll definitely watch it again, cause I feel like I'm missing too much with all those cuts and low angles
I agree. This seemed more like a "video piece" where the director and editor were far more interested in the final video than the subject matter it was depicting. Good direction and editing doesn't call so much attention to itself. The worst part? This is a live show depicting someones work, which we can now not fully appreciate since it's not being presented in the same context as the live performance. If I were Marco Marco, I'd demand a re-cut. WOWPresents should be embarrassed.
Milk, Gigi, Willam, Mathu, Derrick and Detox were absolutely perfect, and that final model with the silver dress was incredible. The clothes are in my opinion more complex and interesting this year, Those complaining should understand this is are costumes for showgirls and not regular dresses for the common people. The men clothes were cool also. My only complain is the edition: the video was less organic & the music was less catchy in comparison to last collection,( i wish it was longer with a chance to see the queens walking in real time & the reaction of the audience). Overall it was great but it could been better (video wise). :)
I could never see a showgirl using any of these outfits they looked like something Nicki Minaj wore two years ago, costume design looks better constructed than this, he's done better collections he's dressed britney for crying outloud people aren't complaining thinking these are ready to wear they understand what costumes are they are complaining about the unfinished and unrealized quality of the costumes
Oh I do understand this is made to be more costume. But costume doesnt mean poorly made and cheap looking. Like seriously I used to work in fashion and I do understand the process behind making clothing and this collection is poorly made. Very little skills were put into this. Men clothes ? Raja deserved a better outfit. Less skin-tone spandex, more sparkles. She had the best runway walk out of anyone there. She deserved to shine (she did, but the outfit was less than flattering). MILK also looks AMAZING. As did Sharon, Willam, Detox, Roxxxy, Sonique, April, Alyssa, Raven and (my personal favorite) Miss TRINITY K BONET. Her makeup and look were ON. POINT. Damn that was good. Everyone did amazing though. More people need to use Drag Queens in their runway shows. They know how to SERVE!
I have a problem with the amount of nude elusions that he does. Trinity comes out and she is slaying and then she turns around and she's got a big zipper up the back I love her look. Like you said the same thing which Raja. When you're dressing these Fierce bodies to cover them up which skin tone spandex is a crime.
well, Yasmine is a professional trans adult model and fashion model. .. she's walked for many famous designers... Louis Vitton and Marc Jacobs.. and many more.. i forgot how old she is, still very young... i met her 2008 with my husband and brother ( she worked with my husband ) and she was 20 in 2008 if i recall.. so she's around 26-28 years old and taking the world by storm.. shes very nice and gives big sister love always...

Agreed. It was painful to watch. Too much flashing, cutting, blurring, speeding up, and the whole editing was done poorly. I could barely get a glimpse of the actual models and the clothing because they were on screen for so short a time and bright flashy jumps zoomed them away from the shot. Irritating.
Trinity was working that puffy silver shrug. Amazing. Roxxy looked fantastic. Raja's walk is so sultry and I'm jealous. And Milk's statuesque height makes her look otherworldly.

Hey dude fashion is fickle one day you are everyone's favourite and the next day you are in the gutter its part of the process not every collection is going to be genius and this is a prime example of that; however, the men's wear was rather intriguing however the gowns and such left a lot to be desired except for the silver Victoria secret esque gown on Yasmine Petty. What has people really riled is the fact that we were teased for two weeks for a flop of a show.....
The world of fashion and cosmetics is tough. And if you don't receive criticism you'll get no where. Coco Chanel was torn apart several times, look where it got her.
Im gunna admit the person who I thought would flop...gigi...turned out to be fucking fierce I loved all them but my favourite had to be mathu andersen as always Oe trinity she was sickening...I was gagging throughout this whole show...but the editing made me have a fit and everyones forgetting about april...I love her an her look so much with that nose ring...and willams thighs were killer aha
I am becoming obsessed with this and the other videos on this fashion show .. the creativity , hard work behind the scenes , fantastic queens giving attitude in abundance ( go Raja - look at these peasants ) and the very cute Benjamin Godfre... the music fits this show perfectly and I love 'Nasty Girl' huge well done to all !

In case you wanted a summary of everything that went wrong with this video, here it is: 1) It starts with pre-event footage of a red carpet and what seem like celebs (like we care) 2) The venue was too bright and those pink lighting were so extra (stay profession and stick to black and white) 3) OMG,that slow-motion editing sprinkled with epileptic flashes of light and faceshots (fire the idiot please!) 4) So the original runway music was longer than 10min but instead, we got some edited version (WTF) 5) How and why exactly were those 5 drags sitting on the stairs in the back? (added nothing and forced this crappy editing) 6 and most important) Two months of hype from WOW and this was no where near as entertaining as last year's runway show Oh well, there's always next year...
I see a lot of people complaining about the editing. Maybe we could have done with a little less but I love the style they took it. Made everyone look badass or even more gorgeous IMO. The slo mo made the walks look more elegant and the white outs made the entrances look more like they exploded out as apposed to walked. Looked badass to me I loved it.
i dont want to be rude but , i think a lot of us would want to see a much less edited version of this. like ie hear the actual music used in the show, less flashy transitions like something that wont trigger seizures , and smoother jumpcuts if not just dont do it. anyone who agrees?
So last year's show they featured adore & Courtney which was before s6 aired, I wonder if any of these unfamiliar queens are gonna be on s7 perhaps? I spotted 2 that I'm really digging.
Last year's was better because of the following reasons: 1. Willam's side-eye at Rhea Litre', and 2. Willam's side-eye at Rhea Litre' No side-eye this year, so yeah. Other than that the MVP of this one had to be Mayhem for me :U Her or April. Or Milk. Or Raven. One of those 4 for sure.
This was a good show and congrats to Marco for all his accomplishments, but I have to say that I personally think the second show was the best. The music, direction, clothing, editing etc. just didn't compare to the last one. But this still beats pretty much every other fashion show in the world :3

I think they should definitely bring back Carmen & Gigi, and the other drag queens like Yara Sofia, Shangela, Raja & Vicky Vox. And bring new ones like Laganja Estranja and Latrice Royale!

Milk, Gigi, Willam, Mathu, Derrick and Detox were absolutely perfect, and that final model with the silver dress was incredible. The clothes are in my opinion more complex and interesting this year, Those complaining should understand this is are costumes for showgirls and not regular dresses for the common people. The men clothes were cool also. My only complain is the edition: the video was less organic & the music was less catchy in comparison to last collection,( i wish it was longer with a chance to see the queens walking in real time & the reaction of the audience). Overall it was great but it could been better (video wise). :)
I could never see a showgirl using any of these outfits they looked like something Nicki Minaj wore two years ago, costume design looks better constructed than this, he's done better collections he's dressed britney for crying outloud people aren't complaining thinking these are ready to wear they understand what costumes are they are complaining about the unfinished and unrealized quality of the costumes
Oh I do understand this is made to be more costume. But costume doesnt mean poorly made and cheap looking. Like seriously I used to work in fashion and I do understand the process behind making clothing and this collection is poorly made. Very little skills were put into this. Men clothes ? Raja deserved a better outfit. Less skin-tone spandex, more sparkles. She had the best runway walk out of anyone there. She deserved to shine (she did, but the outfit was less than flattering). MILK also looks AMAZING. As did Sharon, Willam, Detox, Roxxxy, Sonique, April, Alyssa, Raven and (my personal favorite) Miss TRINITY K BONET. Her makeup and look were ON. POINT. Damn that was good. Everyone did amazing though. More people need to use Drag Queens in their runway shows. They know how to SERVE!

I have a problem with the amount of nude elusions that he does. Trinity comes out and she is slaying and then she turns around and she's got a big zipper up the back I love her look. Like you said the same thing which Raja. When you're dressing these Fierce bodies to cover them up which skin tone spandex is a crime.

i forgot how old she is, still very young... i met her 2008 with my husband and brother ( she worked with my husband ) and she was 20 in 2008 if i recall..
so she's around 26-28 years old and taking the world by storm.. shes very nice and gives big sister love always...

Agreed. It was painful to watch. Too much flashing, cutting, blurring, speeding up, and the whole editing was done poorly. I could barely get a glimpse of the actual models and the clothing because they were on screen for so short a time and bright flashy jumps zoomed them away from the shot. Irritating.

Hey dude fashion is fickle one day you are everyone's favourite and the next day you are in the gutter its part of the process not every collection is going to be genius and this is a prime example of that; however, the men's wear was rather intriguing however the gowns and such left a lot to be desired except for the silver Victoria secret esque gown on Yasmine Petty. What has people really riled is the fact that we were teased for two weeks for a flop of a show.....

I am becoming obsessed with this and the other videos on this fashion show .. the creativity , hard work behind the scenes , fantastic queens giving attitude in abundance ( go Raja - look at these peasants ) and the very cute Benjamin Godfre... the music fits this show perfectly and I love 'Nasty Girl' huge well done to all !

Sharon Needles is the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. And can't we appreciate the cartwheel the girl after Willam did at the back of the stage. Like c'mon a cartwheel? In freaking heels?
In case you wanted a summary of everything that went wrong with this video, here it is:
1) It starts with pre-event footage of a red carpet and what seem like celebs (like we care)
2) The venue was too bright and those pink lighting were so extra (stay profession and stick to black and white)
3) OMG,that slow-motion editing sprinkled with epileptic flashes of light and faceshots (fire the idiot please!)
4) So the original runway music was longer than 10min but instead, we got some edited version (WTF)
5) How and why exactly were those 5 drags sitting on the stairs in the back? (added nothing and forced this crappy editing)
6 and most important) Two months of hype from WOW and this was no where near as entertaining as last year's runway show

I see a lot of people complaining about the editing. Maybe we could have done with a little less but I love the style they took it. Made everyone look badass or even more gorgeous IMO. The slo mo made the walks look more elegant and the white outs made the entrances look more like they exploded out as apposed to walked. Looked badass to me I loved it.
i dont want to be rude but , i think a lot of us would want to see a much less edited version of this. like ie hear the actual music used in the show, less flashy transitions like something that wont trigger seizures , and smoother jumpcuts if not just dont do it. anyone who agrees?

2. Willam's side-eye at Rhea Litre'
No side-eye this year, so yeah. Other than that the MVP of this one had to be Mayhem for me :U Her or April. Or Milk. Or Raven. One of those 4 for sure.
This was a good show and congrats to Marco for all his accomplishments, but I have to say that I personally think the second show was the best. The music, direction, clothing, editing etc. just didn't compare to the last one. But this still beats pretty much every other fashion show in the world :3

For the next show I think adding: Courtney Act, Adore Delano, Joselin Fox, Kennedy Davenport, Violet Chacki, Katya, Trixie Mattel, Jujubee, and Laverne Cox would definitely up the wow factor. That being said, keep Willam, Manilla, Trinity, Detox, Sonique and Raven.
