Every mom is doing the best she can and the truth is, none of this matters in the big picture. As a working mom of three young kids-or really just a mom in general-it’s impossible to keep up with the mess my kids make. And when I’m busy or there’s a lot of extra stuff going on (like there was for us this week), it feels like everything falls apart. These are minor working mom struggles in the big scheme of things, but a messy house can sure feel stressful!

What a shame. You have a beautiful home and it’s sad how you all dont appreciate and respect it. You need to teach your children to clean.
Part of having a home is loving your home.
Have your children put own clothes away … why do you allow your family to be so lazy?? And if you didn’t buy so much stuff maybe you would have more money!! My husband would be appalled if I let our home get this way.

As a working mother of 2 boys, it’s an absolute challenge keeping my home put when I get up at 6am get kids and their lunches ready for school, then to work..get home at 6:30pm and have to cook and feed everyone and then with the little energy left in me, attempt to clean my kitchen after the mess of dinner..
obviously this means that everything else is neglected… from kids rooms, my room, laundry, bathroom, dusting etc
Whew make sure your heart is in the right place. I agree we should care well for our home but the tone of your comment was…overboard! What ages are your kids?
@missrina4522 Many moms struggle with postpartum depression. If you've never had this, thank God and don't judge what you never experienced.
Many moms are contemplating suicide. You don't know their mental state.

I hope you come back on YT. I just found your channel because I’m having a breakdown sobbing about my house being a mess no matter how much I clean. 😭😭😭 I relate to all of it! To the cut up paper on the floor, the rationalizing with yourself, etc. This is God’s work because it’s really helping my mental. I was feeling unhinged. 😭😭😭 The same monotonous, mundane, aggravating thing over and over. 😭
I never reply to people, but I was on the same search that you were just a mere 24 hours later. Just know that someone else feels your pain, and frustration at basically the same exact time!! Things will get better for all of us!! 💛
Aw, thank you @yellowdiamond1239. I set this channel aside to focus on my main one (th-cam.com/users/solutionsforsimplicity) but life sure hasn't gotten any cleaner or less complicated, lol. I now have FOUR kids and am still working full-time so it's hard to keep things anywhere as organized as I dream of. But thank you for your kind words--you're right: It's GOD's work and the mess is no reflection of how good of a person or mom we are. Someday we'll miss this, won't we?

I know this is a completely "first world" problem, but it's still stressful. Let me know if you can relate! At the end of the day, we're all just doing the best we can so let's be kind and never judge another mom by how messy her house may seem.

It’s so true that babysitting is a breeze compared to having your own kids. And my house is way more messy than yours!
Your house isn't even that messy, i have 7 kids run 2 business and an artist i have limited room and it's impossible to keep clean.
I was there. I am a mother of three boys, 6 years and younger. And yes, my house was messy just like yours. I also was a stay-at-home mom but still….I couldn’t keep up with the mess that comes with children. I was often depressed that my home was not 100% organized and clean. Eventually I came to realized that raising them, the mess was part of the territory.
Now they are young adults and more or less moved out. My house is a bit organized and cleaner. I have become a full-time artist with commissions and being part of a gallery. Still it’s constantly picking up, and organizing…but in a different way.
One thing I come to realized is to clean and organized as I go. Because as long as I am living there is always be constant “mess”. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with 35 years of stuffs from raising a family….trying to sort through photos and toys and books and clothes…but I take the projects as they come. I feel I don’t need to live an ideal home.

😂 I was looking for working moms because I’ve been trying so hard to keep up with TH-cam but I can’t relate to most moms on here because they are stay at home moms..although I understand being a stay at home mom is hard is super hard for me to balance vlogging and work because 8 hours plus commute of work is taken away from me..so glad I found you, just listening to the beginning of this video I could relate so much, feels like I am listening to myself...ok, let me continue watching the video 😂🥰

I didn't really grow up around boys so this boymom thing has been sooooo foreign for me
Mama I’m so there some days! Eight months pregnant expecting our fourth. recovering from a cold. I only work about 11 hrs a week outside home but care for some my kiddos at home the other days and yes toddlers get into everything lol
Whew! I can totally relate to the well they like cutting up paper and it’s good for them
I am sitting down right now no kids home 🏡 need to clean but just taking a break because I’m tired!
