Rituals are definitely followed as per the Buddhism in family however, coming to know in a deeper level is now I am actually doing research after 30yrs of age, the more I know, I feel logically so crystal clear. So far I came to know, Hinduism is complicated even after I learnt Bhagawat Geeta, Upanishad, epic stories of Ramayana, Mahabharata, how the world was created according to Hinduism and so many so forth. More you knew, more you have questions for the logical answer and you keep on asking, why this and why that and why not this because of so many deities!! Endless questions. Also monk Wangchuk Negi Speaks really good Hindi , shud Hindi and even with English ... . I am sure Monk Wangchuk Negi is way better suitable, more qualified and satisfactory when it comes on Buddhism , Meditation, about Karma, Re incarnation , Righteousness, and on various others many topics ..... Answer to the question asked @ 10:28 - The answer is energy dissipation. We actually waste a huge amount of active energy passively, in overthinking, mourning over the past, anticipating the future, and so on, that at the end of the day we are left with a very acute amount of energy, in order to continue the pursuance of our particular goals.
