    Lovely video. That first morning looks fantastic. But that is probably the perks of camping, getting up for an early start 😊 Great to see the Undercliff Path. It looks very nice and walkable in dry weather. Thank you for sharing 😊

      Thank you. The mornings were fantastic with the weather I had. Great sunrises.

    Another great one - many thanks, I enjoy them all!! The undercliff is a bit marmitey with people, I loved it and also didn't think it was all that but then like you I had fair conditions. I did meet a slightly scary lady in there though - certainly helped me pick up the pace! Looking forward to the next batch, saddened of course that the end is nearing!

      It seems strange nearing the end after spending so long on the trail. It will probably be next year I complete it now unless September has some fair weather. I may squeeze a short trip in.

      Cheers Ross. Last one for now. Probably won’t be till next year I’m back on the coast path.

    Well said.All of us in East Devon hated that Ladram beach was ruined when Caravan park put up in the late 70's i seem to recall but farming was declining even then😮

      It was a beautiful view with the sun coming up over ladram bay. The caravan parks do blight the area. Not going to lie they are useful to hikers but ruin the views.

    Another great video Andy. Did I read correctly a comment on another video that this was your last day on the SWCP and that you will continue it next year? How many more miles is there left to do?

    • @an9636
      @an9636  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ve got 86 miles left. I do have a long weekend off the end of September. If the weather is good I may walk to Weymouth. But the last 43 miles will have to be done during a school holiday next year so I can walk the firing range in lulworth.

    Well done Andy. When are you back?

      I may walk to Weymouth in September. I have a long weekend then. Just depends on the weather. But I don’t want to miss lulworth firing range so that will have to be a school holiday next year when it’s open for longer than just random weekends. How about yourself. When are you back?

      @@an9636 yes I wouldn’t want to miss those ranges either. I did a day walk last wk end. Video should be up tonight. Another day out this wk end should see me reach Bigbury. Bank hol wk end will aim to reach Brixham.

      @@pilgrimpaul7798 hope the weather holds for you Paul. I really enjoyed Plymouth to Brixham. It feels so much easier walking after what has come before and some lovely areas.
