The chess24 social media person will most likely assume it's in bad faith and react defensively or not respond. If you actually intended it as constructive feedback, it will probably be received better if you phrase it with the same tact that you'd presumably use when delivering unsolicited feedback IRL, e.g. "Thanks for having Sam on, but the color palette made it difficult for me to follow and would recommend xyz."
