Ha ha thanks buddy. For as much as I might be an inspiration, there are so many pilots and people doing things inspire me as well. I’m 61 and that’s one thing about getting older every year it gets harder it seems to get off the couch and go and enjoy life. Let’s keep trying Shelby. Take care man.
Well done video, Jerry! I’m a low timer flying a cart setup in SE Montana. Would love to fly that area where you are someday. Hoping to get some mountain flying experience next season in western MT.
Thankyou!! And hey, thanks for coming along, I appreciate it. Hey man, low timer, that’s great and welcome to the sport! Sorry for the delay, been in the middle of moving. Montana sounds like a great place to fly, My dream is to travel to different places and fly but this economy keeps me pretty grounded. Good luck with your adventures, cheers Jerry
Hey Jerry, awesome video! I was Jonesing it bad to be able to fly over scenic landscapes like that! Absolutely gorgeous scenery! Thanks for making and sharing this video!
Hi Mark. Thank you so much, it is beautiful scenery isn’t it. Funny thing is sometimes I would like to fly and places that are much easier, lol but for as hard as it is to fly here, I truly appreciate where I get to be under my wing. and thank you for watching the video. I’m really happy that you enjoyed it. Blue sky is my friend.
Hello Sweden! Hey, thank you so much man, and thanks for checking the video out. I hope all is well on your end and that you have a good winter. Cheers Jerry😊
Nice to see you got a wonderful flight with great scenery. Wouldn’t it be great to have your scenery with weather conditions like those Florida boys have living by the beach? Wishful thinking
Thank you, Mike. Oh my friend that was an awesome flight to get in late in the season. Oh man, I would die for some Florida weather right now, we have more snow on the way hope everything’s going well with you, my friend, take care and will talk soon Jerry
Hey John, how’s it going man? Dude, I can only imagine how this place would make somebody nervous if they haven’t flown in this type of terrain. I totally hear you. It’s hard to tell on the video but I always have an out unless I’m down lol cruising along the river bank with his rocks logs lol, but when I’m flying in these places, you may not be able to see it, but I always have a place where I know I can bail. Anyways, take care brother.
I carry a collapsible rod and tackle under my seat on the tandem for these very occasions lol. Gorgeous area, but man.. I’d likely be landing sand bars to catch dinner lol
Texas Flying, Bush, Kraft, I like that. Yeah, this river gets fish in it at certain times of the year, and this time of the year it would be tough fishing. But yeah, great idea I’m gonna check if you have a TH-cam channel I love the name of your handle, well I hope you guys have a warm winter this year, I think last year you had some bad weather? Anyways, take care and thanks for coming along man will talk to you soon Jerry.
@@jerrydelyea5820 appreciate it, yeah, I’m about to change gears to bushcraft videos and use the paramotor as a means to get there. I’m still flying the boson, loving it. It’ll take me a few weeks to get the videos flowing, but soon :)
Oh hell ya, I look forward to it. Making a channel on ppg alone is almost impossible. But, bushcraft is huge these days, it’s a good call. I’ve been considering doing something similar. Good b luck to you, I hope you make it work.
haven't commented in awhile, hope your well, can I get an update on your aero 1000 engine and how its held up, how many hors are on it, I'm aware you had to rebuild it due to detonation from using the wrong octane fuel sometime ago, this engine is getting really popular now in ultralights and I wanted to see how your experience is up to now. you've been using this engine longer than most in north america. Ive been following you since ay one. unfortunately you get what you pay or and these are very pricey, USA dealer asking $8,800 maybe you have a better price to find?
Hey buddy. Hope you’re well. I will find out how many hours Troy has on his. But our engines are the Swiss Auto 250s. Basically the same, the Aero 1000 had a bit more power I believe. Mine had been good since the rebuild running 50/50 mix of VP Race Fuel and 91 or 93 pump gas. I should do another video on my setup,. I will gather some info for you. I kinda doubt you find it cheaper in Canada as the US has probably got better buying power as per sales up here. Will get back to you 🙂🙂
@@jerrydelyea5820 still waiting on how many hours troy has on his engine and your engine as well? I appreciate your time and videos my friend, Canadians rock! But IM american LOL
