Yes, this is a great choreography and they use of the different props to make references of differents traditional dances are incredible! Hwanwoong participated in the choreogrpahy! He made the chorus and Xion's 1st verse (aka 7:36 ). The traditional dances are Buchaechum, Seungmu and Talchum. The relay dance is so funny and amazing too! And they released a Theatre version of Luna, where they change the choreography in some parts (and have a dance practice too) if you want to check out! Enjoy!
This song was just a masterpiece. I love this song so much. Every moment was so beautiful and meaningful. The meaning of this song was so poetry too. Every stage was amazing. You would like a theatre version of this song.

I've been waiting for this for 2 months!!! 😭😭😭 Thank you for reacting and really appreciating the work they put into the choreography for this dance. It is so theatrical I feel like I am watching a stage performance worthy of being on Broadway. Their relaydance is very... special 😂 They definitely ace parts of the choreo, but they basically just had alot of fun which is fine by me!! Definitely worth a watch if you want to have a good time!!

I believe the white scarf dance is called Talchum or 'mask dance' which is a traditional Korean dance Edit: also just hilarious to see, they spent tons of money for those custom fans and promised to only use them for their performances of the songs, cue every BTS clip of them frisbeeing them, tossing them in the air, hitting each other, and straight up dropping them on the floor. Chaotic boiis 😅
They definitely used some dance moves that evoked the sort of native Korean shaman dances. I don’t know if they used actual moves, or just mimicked the vibe but it’s there. Such a seamless meld of traditional and modern - the best I’ve seen in kpop for sure.
