If you don’t already, do intense exercise everyday, even if only for 30 min. It helped me more than any pill or other treatment ever had, and since I started there have been large studies showing its the most effective treatment as well just do a quick Google of vigorous exercise vs SSRIs. Hope that helps...
(Edit - unless you’re at the level of being suicidal or unable to get out of bed for days, if that’s the case ignore what I said and get to a doctor ASAP)

One of the biggest remedies for me to be able to overcome depression and suicidal thoughts was:
- High Intensity Exercises;
- The book: "The power of now - Eckhart Tolle";
- Sessions with eteogens (Ayahuasca, DMT, Mushrooms) and the anesthetic ketamine;
- Meditation Sessions;
- Sunbathe;
- To forgive.

Great set and environment! Great to hear and see someone just playing the records without all the crazy effect. Pure. Also, as a DJ since '86, I put the empty sleeves under my 1200's between the feet. Some of the new TT's don't allow for that!
