I can say 90% of Urdu speakers can’t understand it fully.
Native Persian speaker who knows Urdu can get word by word.

It is a dialogue between a Muslim and Allah Kareem. In shikwa, Muslim told the plight of the Muslims all over the world. In jawab e shikwa, the basic reasons of the plight of the Muslims were told appropriately.

The sad part is that no muslims unite to this awakening and have distilled the poetry to support their cause and belief.The very part that every Ulema were shown and not the very immediate student of allama Iqbal was a reflection how the maker's of the video also didn't had the idea about the backdrop that led allama to write this poems. All muslims need to obey Allah and his messenger solely and can't agree more on divisions and sections of the ummah.
