Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant Review in Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney World

This is a review of the Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant in Hollywood Studios. It's a full service restaurant, reservations highly recommended! It's a good place to take a relaxing break from all the rides and people everywhere in the park. The Porkchop was cooked to perfection as it was sous vide first (which kept in all the juices) and then grilled, it came with a side of polenta. The famous Hollywood Brown Derby Cobb Salad was delicious (the creator of the COBB Salad) and I definitely recommend getting either some grilled chicken or shrimp added to it.
