If you don't want to complete this missions just climb on top of any houses with the help of those upward ways and kill peoples and destroy the car then get all the stars and then there will be tank to kill you . Jump over the tank and get the tank then It will be easier to cross the levels

no they dont i even shut downed my phone but they still brought me back to wherei left
