When I first heard this song I was 20 , homeless and alone. Now I own a company, a home, and most importantly started a family. Music like this makes anything seem possible. That was 7 years ago and I still think this is the best song in the entire world. I don't care what anyone says, this song gave me strength that I never thought I had. Good luck to everyone. Peace/love.
WWE Backlash 2009! One of the most entertaining years of the WWE! Perhaps the last one from my generation. I'm grateful it also introduced me to this nice rock band Veer Union.
Agreed. I've spoken to 2 of the members, lead singer and I forgot what instrument the other one played but, they were really down to earth and cool dudes. Not assholes like a lot of these other rock and metal bands :)
Yeah Seven dust kicks ass. I was leaving chicago in my tractor trailer about 2 am back in 99 maybe 2000 and heard it on a heavy metal station. I was 43 or so and just started teaching myself the drums. I am 66 now, still bangin metal. Great vocals!!
I remember watching this song on MTV after coming home from middle school, back when MTV was actually cool and played good music. Now I'm almost 30, finally in a house after years of living in ghetto apartments, married to an amazing woman with 2 kids, 2 dogs, cars finally paid off, and working off the last of our debt. Time Flys man. It's good to reflect on how far I've come :)
Still here in 2021 miss when WWE had badass tunes like this that Randy Orton poster as well badass af with this song Most of the art work is what inspired my form of graphic art for my videos
So Excited that these guys will be in Brookfield CT on Thursday July 3rd - The Room - ALL AGES show. Woods of Arden & Syndrome of Fire are also on the show as well as some locals. Come celebrate. No work the next day. Happy Birthday America!
I still remember speaking to these guys back when they were doing Highschool Tours to get their name out. Mariner High School, back when I was a Sophmore or Junior. STILL LOVE THEM!!! And I have their Signed CD in Silver Sharpie too. Teeheehee
Anyone who listens to this song must automatically think about WWE Backlash 2009 with matches like matt vs jeff, triple h, batista and shane mcmahon vs legacy for the wwe championship and edge vs cena last man standing for the world heavyweight championship.
EVEN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ENOUGH OF THIS SONG I THINK I'LL NEVER BE. THE LYRICS THE VOCALS THE SOUND EVERYTHING IS OUT OF THIS WORLD THANKS FOR SUCH A GREAT SONG GUYS 🤟🤘
I never thought i could like a song so much. I may have listened to this song for more than 10000 times since 2009. Everytime i hear this song i feel energized and keep listening again and again.
These guys are the real deal. I went to high school with two of them, and not only is their music good, but they're just down to earth guys. Keep it up Veer Union.
They are such NICE guys!! We met them here in Houston and they blew away BOTH Saliva and Puddle of Mud. These guys should be major players in the music scene. Talent out the wazoo!
You're sick... You're twisted... You're demented... And so AM I ! . And I will find you Although I wonder If I will climb through This rock I'm under . Jeff, you got a raging fire burning inside. At Blacklash, I'm gonna extinguish that fire... . The changing of the Seasons is here now . After Backlash, you'll be know as the Hardy who quits when it matters the most... For the rest... of your... LIFE !
Always have a specific moment that I remember when I hear this song. It was late 2009 and I was a freshman in high school. We were going to the football game that night and my friend's mom had dropped us off on the street because traffic was pretty bad (6PM near a suburban high school, no surprise there). So we're walking through a huge parking lot which eventually borders the football field, and as we get closer I hear Seasons louder and louder from the stadium speakers, creating a perfect ambience... Just having a fun night out with friends, and this was only the start. Although modest, this was a beautiful moment for me. Simpler times.
Hell y'all making the references for this with something else. Honestly, the first time I heard this song was back in the summer of '09 when this band was getting big. As soon as I heard the song I went and bought the album and have become a huge fan of these guys. I cant wait for their 2nd album later this year.
Yeah...think SEVENDUST. Black link singer, killer band. And this is coming from someone who has named himself after Carlos, A Meixcan Guitarist. Are U racist????? I'm white but I loved a lot of Carlos Santana's riffs and, songs from Sevendust so, what's your point?

Can't believe this hasn't gotten millions of views after all these years.
+DarkVengeance101 It's a great song...people like bullshit better than good shit...it's sad
+Adam Youdell Can't agree more.
The fact JB has 3 shit songs over 1B views yet an awesome song like this only has over 700k is bullshit
Rock and Metal just don't get very much commercial attention

This song is grossly under-rated.
One of the best rocks songs ever made, but not many people know about it, what a shame!!!
This goes back when I was a child, I remember listening to this in my dad's mustang with the roof down. :D Happy I found this!
It took me forever to find this song again !!! I kept hearing him singing something about the seasons in the back of my head. So glad I found it
Exact same thing happened with me!!!
In the refrain, the E-guitar (i think) and 2:34 give me such goosebumps. Reminds me so much of that Jeff and Matt Hardy promo. Absolutely epic song

Secrets of The Gods it was just a remark making fun of the stereotype that most alt rock is white guys you are thinking too much into it
It's just like white guys can rap.
RyanZ Yeah and they can play basketball better too!
Carlos Santana ever heard of sevendust? 😂
Lembro como se fosse hoje o dia que ouvi essa musica. Saudades!!!
