I think it's so ridiculous that people are already calling Patrick Mahomes the GOAT and trying to dethrone Tom Brady. So soon we forget the greatness that was Tom Brady.
They try to force fake ass comebacks and completely disregard 1 simple fact. We never saw Brady vs Montana or Young, but we saw Brady vs Mahomes in the divisional, conference championship, and Super Bowl and Brady has won them all. Mahomes success in the AFC came after Brady left. Same with Gronk being the greatest tight end ever
That's Super Bowl comeback against the Atlanta Falcons was by far the greatest comeback ever. If you don't watch football you don't realize how difficult it is, not only to score a touchdown, but then to get two 2-point conversions. Then get the ball in overtime and drive down and score another touchdown. Tom Brady is by far the greatest quarterback ever. And when you watch videos like this, you realize he did it with many different receivers
It’s so crazy how there are average players that make insane plays for Brady. That’s something that can’t be measured. That’s soldiers wanting to do the impossible for their leader. Amazing.
Bill: "OK Tom, there's about half a foot of snow." Tom: "Let's spend the entire 4th quarter throwing the ball, and oh let's just throw it on every play of overtime as well." Bill: "attaboy"
The first Patriots game i ever watched was the 1985 Super Bowl against the Chicago Bears, i was 8 years old. Then after that, I endured so many years of ridicule from friends about how crappy they were and not to mention just trying to buy their merch was hard because most stores only sold the winning teams merchandise (that's what Foot Locker said to me once 🤣) Those years of bottom feeding, up until the year coach, Pete Carol, and Drew Bledsoe got together and then, things really started to pick up from there. Like so many others, i have so many great memories of watching The New England Patriots. Watching them overcome impossible odds and defying all the critics. While there were so many great Super Bowl wins I'll never ever get over that loss to the Giants during the oh so close perfect season. I just wish Randy would've got one ring man. Oh well, he's going to get a ring of honor at least. Thanks for sharing these memories of the great Tom Brady and the Patriots with us Sick Beats.
Man, I have never seen that horse collar throw he made against the bears. Makes you realize he's been doing incredible things for 20 years now. How can people not call him the goat smh.
Too bad they didn't get to the SuperBowl that San Diego year. That was one of the best comebacks (I love that Troy Brown strip). I was at the Snowbowl game as a kid... Family left before the Touchdown drive. T_T
look at the bears game-he scores with 2:50 and then he’s going down the field with 1:40 left…. they omitted how they got the ball back whether successful onside kick or turnover.
49 was so great cause that defense was vaunted. 51, they capitalized on a lot of mistakes, and Brady had a lot of near picks dropped. 49, Brady was near perfect in the final 2 drives iirc.
Broncos Vs Patriots I am not too old, I became a Patriots fan when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I knew nothing about this team, didn't know who Tom Brady was, or Bill Belichick. My first year as a Pats fan was the year they went 16-0. Again, I had no idea how good this team actually was. That comeback against the Broncos on Sunday Night Football was the first time I ever saw Tom have a comeback, and my older brother is a big Broncos fan, and getting the satisfaction of watching my team comeback and when was a memory I will always cherish! The Super Bowl against the Seahawks was the first time I ever saw the Pats win a Super Bowl. So that is also a memory I will cherish!
