Girl yay! Finally someone who has my hair texture with locs! I literally just started my journey yesterday. I'm super excited. However it was a bit difficult finding someone who has 4b/4c hair. I subscribed, i didn't even have any Idea on how to retwist my hair nor wven how to wash it nor did i even have any idea that it was even a good idea to do it myself. Thanks so much for your videos! They have honestly given me the confidence that I can maintain my hair myself ❤
Your hair looks great. I'm going into 2 months locd soon and I can't wait for it to frizz up more. Also because the peppermint oil is an essential oil it's too strong so you can't put it directly on your scalp because it will cause irritation you have to mix it with a carrier oil. I have almond oil with a few drops of peppermint in it and i use it on my scalp all the time and no irritation. So if you really wanna use it on your scalp use it with another oil.
Thank you! & yes!! I’ve stopped using the peppermint oil directly on my scalp & started using castor oil instead. I mix the peppermint oil w/ water and use it as my everyday spray
Girl you got alot of budding lool, when you said you don't have much as expected I laughed cause I only have a tiny one to the back and I'm 7 weeks. Watched your 7 months locked journey and they really have flourished, you rock them.
You are beautiful Queen and your hair looks soo healthy..thank you for this video. I am 1mth in my loc journey and i thought my scalp was going to leave my body because it itches so bad. I thought i was allergic to the wild growth oil and I knew i have been using it on my natural hair for years. Glad to know it's not just me having this problem. Keep the videos coming. New subie.
Love thisssssss. Are you able to make a video of how you maintain in between with new growth. ? Or you only wash and then wait another two weeks before retwisting ?? When my new growth populates I’m ready to throw a turban and a stocking cap on 😭😂
Your loc is the only loc I’ve seen that don’t look so messy I always see the messing stages with locs is that due to texture? Because in 2 months your hair looks really locked
My hair does get pretty frizzy! I honestly just haven't shared any pictures of it looking too frizzy but, I definitely will be sharing my pictures soon!
A lot of ppl have diff lifestyles that cause their hair to lox faster or retwist methods that make them more neat. Other people just like “messy”locs. I like messy locs but in order to get mine to loc faster I use a crochet needle or palm rolling. Some people salt water rinse, others swim often so you can try those things.

I just restarted my loc journey a couple of weeks ago. I believe the locs will be here to stay this time.. I love your locs they are coming along nice
Thank you! Good luck on your new journey!
Nice I'm 3 months and the frizz is real! I still get unravelling as well.
Same girl. Same!

My first wash and retwist was a month in .. almost all my locs were budding !
Looks good. I am about 4 months loc'd. The budding will go fast, just give it a little more time. I'm about 75% budded already.
Thank you!!!
Keep it up! I made it 4 months today! ✊🏿👌🏿 your hair looks beautiful! 👌🏿🔥 best of luck to you!

Yes, I can but I honestly don’t do too much especially because I have no where to go these days so usually my scarf is on 24/7 😂
Can you do a tutorial on how you style your hair after the wash and retwist? You’re so cute btw. You have the sweetest lil voice 🙃🙃🙃
